I started going here shortly before my wedding in 2022 and Chelsea always does an amazing job. The salon has super comfortable seats and complimentary drinks & snacks. And the products smell so amazing. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best salon experience I have ever had! Right when I walked through the front door I was pleasantly surprised by adorable decor and welcoming atmosphere. Chelsea was my stylist and she was amazing! She helped me decide which direction to go in (hair color wise) and she did something no one has ever done which was give me a cost breakdown for partial or full balayage. I appreciated knowing how much I was going to pay up front. Chelsea effortlessly worked through my hair and made the entire process very comfortable. The end result exceeded my expectations, and the price was well worth it! Highly recommend!🌟

My first time there the experience was wonderful, my stylist Layla was very enjoyable. I will definitely be a customer coming back. And my hair looks great!

I got to see Allie today at Instinct Salon!! She was amazing and so understanding. The cut is my husbands favorite yet! I will be coming back again. The front desk was so friendly and you can’t ask much more for an experience at a new salon!

Britney was amazing! Been looking for a long time for someone to cut my sons curly hair right and this is the first time he’s been happy with it. He wants to know why she hasn’t been cutting it since he was 1 😂 Super hard to please this boy but she did so much more than that. She’s very kind and gentle as well! Couldn’t have been happier.

Allie K was so great! I have tics and she was very accommodating about it. She said we could take a break whenever I needed it and she started with my bad side first in case! She also taught me how to style my new curtain bangs, and talked to me about getting wispy bangs in the future if I wanted. I was also telling her about my anxiety around getting my haircut (on top of having general anxiety) and she was very understanding about it. She said she hopes she helped—she did, I’m so happy! I haven’t had my hair short for over 10 years because that last haircut was so bad. I’ve rarely gotten haircuts since because my experiences have always been iffy, but this was great! Besides the haircut itself, she was very accommodating with my disability and she even offered to help put my winter coat on. Even when discussing it during the haircut (I brought it up), she was very respectful compared to the sorts of comments I’ve received out in public, like asking me if I’m comfortable sharing things, etc. I’m not sure their names, but I had other staff members hold the door open for me and make sure I got to my car okay. They were all so very friendly and accommodating toward me, and I look forward to my next visit! I’m attaching before and after pics :)

Obsessed with how cute this salon is! Everything was so clean and everyone was so sweet, I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I don’t think you could go wrong with any stylist in there.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The girls are all so friendly and welcoming and the vibe is so homey. Aj did a phenomenal job on my hair and I cannot recommend her enough! I absolutely will be back!

I visited the salon and met Allie for the first time today. I hadn't seen a hairdresser in over a year due to a horrible experience last year at another salon. I was nervous. She was amazing. 🤩 I'm a client forever! The salon itself was cute as a button; very good vibe. But most importantly, there was zero breakage after bleaching my baby fine dark brown hair. 🥹 Allie, you are my hair unicorn!

So I seen Aj for a consultation today. She was very knowledgeable about the products and she really listened to my concerns. I can’t wait for my appointment. Please checkout this salon.

Chelsea West is AMAZING!!!

Our mother, Penny, had gone to see Chelsea last week. Mom wanted to go short with her hair as she will be starting Chemotherapy for stage 4 lung cancer and may lose her hair. Mom, was beyond touched with the services that Chelsea provided and the gentle way she cared for her.
