literally drove lot to lot today and was turned away by everyone because of credit issues. im sooo mad i came here last because i should’ve came here first! Got approved and got me a car! the staff was super nice and made me feel like family! Ant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and insurance. Jay was also very helpful and even threw in a free warranty for my car which i am very grateful for! Best black owned lot by far! Will definitely recommend to ANYONE looking for a car!

Well at the moment all seems to be going well, and I'm working with some great men and woman, very nice she is... The men are very nice and about the business... I can HONESTLY say that the people at The Family Auto Finance are THE BEST. Not only did they get me on a 2019 vehicle, they were able to secure my daughter her first vehicle. Don’t have insurance, no problem, they are there to help you. The car you get from them having issues, no problem, they will fix it IF it’s within your warranty. I will be back next year when it’s my son’s turn to get a car.

Jay you Rock!!!!! I’m not just saying that to get brownie points. This young man is the real deal. He cares about his customers . I can’t speak for everyone only what I experience with him. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Family Auto dealt with Jell the whole time. I paid for the car right out. But when I got to my destination it over heated. I called Jay and he was apologetic and had the car towed to the shop and gave my daughter a rental to drive. He didn’t have to do it but he wanted to accommodate for the troubles. He found a good Mechanic and got the car fixed. He didn’t spin me or give me a hard time. He solve the situation without any drama. I thank you personally for your quick response for solving this issue. The car is running great i’m Very satisfied with the treatment from the staff and Jay at Family Auto. Thank you Jay I will never forget what you done to quickly resolve the issue. Keep doing what you do Your business will always be successful. Treat your customers right and be fair you will always go a long way.

My sister and I both purchased cars from them and love our cars! We walked in and left the same day with our cars! Anthony was great and very patient during the whole process!
