We decided to trade in our lease a little early, it was freezing cold outside and Brian was running around in the snow and freezing temps trying to find us exactly what we wanted. It wasn’t the best day to be car shopping but Brian remained helpful, positive and even brought my daughter some pizza while she patiently waited. The customer service was over and beyond from the whole team and this is why we continue to get our vehicles from this location. Thank you, Brian!!

Greg Dawkins was very helpful, friendly, professional, and not pushy. He did an excellent job of figuring out what would be best for me and did an outstanding job. Great customer service!! The young man that told me he was a sales department porter approached me while I was having trouble using the AC unit on my car helped me out. My sales person (Johnny Johnson) and the entire sales staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire purchasing process, making sure that I was aware of and received all available incentives, including Costco. With their help and expertise, I was able to handle the entire transaction in two visits. When I picked the vehicle up, I was amazed at the quality of work done by their detail shop. It would be an understatement to say that I am pleased with the purchase of my new GMC Sierra 1500 Pro.

My whole experience from when I was greeted at the door from another salesman to picking out my truck, and to signing my paperwork was wonderful. I had such a bad experience with last dealership I was with that I didn’t come in having high hopes. Greg proved me wrong! The whole process was quick and easy. There was a woman in finance that also made signing easy and fun but still professional. The fellow working at the desk, who checked me in was very pleasant, upbeat and helpful. It was clear that his joyful demeanor helped the workers around him to have the same attitude.

Vassey was a outstanding sales person. I was coming from out of town to purchase the truck and Vassey had everything ready for me when I arrived. Oil change was fine. I was disappointed at NOT RECEIVING any type of reception when my husband entered the show room floor. Not one salesperson greeted him. No one was busy, not a a phone call or assisting a customer. He walked the full floor and not one person said anything to him. The only reception upon leaving was the receptionist asked did he need something. At that point he said, no. Said what happened and left. We are looking to trade in our current Enclave. Oh, well.

Update from this earlier review. It is nice to know that they take customer service seriously and also read reviews. The manager got in touch with myself and my husband to apologize and to see what he could do. That meant something. Thank you!

I have to tell you Greg Dawkins Is an awesome and straight shooting salesman. He is the reason I keep coming back because he is always and has always been there for me. Kali Gajewski was also so kind and friendly who handled the paperwork. All in allit was an excellent experience.
