Went there a second time for Senegalese twist from Fatimah. I have a head full of thick hair and she gets it done in 4 hours! Everyone in the shop is friendly. They speak when you enter and I've never seen anyone waiting long. Everyone there is talented with their hands and Sylvia is an accommodating and professional businesswoman. Shop is clean too!

Clean, friendly atmosphere very professional. The service was wonderful prices reasonable, neat work, not too tight/tighy at all & time efficient. Definitely a new regular after a first time visit based on a Google review.

Sylvia and the other ladies are great. The listen to the customers wants and take their time when braiding your hair. They always are good about explaining the process to my daughter and are very kind to her. They remember she is a child and treat her as such. The prices are fair and the shop is clean. We've used Sylvia several times, we never have a problem and always leave as satisfied customers.

They did an amazing job got me in and out quick, my appointment was at 8:30am I let them know when I made my appointment that I had to be out by 2pm and they got me out at 12pm. I will definitely be coming back. Oh I almost forgot they provided the hair as well 🥰

I had a great experience. They really took care of me and my scalp. They went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated it.They were on time and friendly. It only took 3 hours for them to do my box braids. They have great prices also. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I love the way my hair is braided and styled at Sylvia’s African Hair Braiding. I have been a client there for 11years. It’s always a professional comforting atmosphere and you never have to sit for long ( in and out service) love it! My last experience 1/2021 social distancing, mask on and frequent sanitizing.

My mother and i have been getting our hair braided at Sylvia's for about 12 years. Sylvia and her team are always professional and fun to be around. They treat their customers like family. The shop is very clean (the bathroom is clean which is a plus!!).
Sylvia has a customer for life this is the only place I'll get my hair braided!!!

So I had been searching all morning for a hair braiding shop (last minute🤦🏾‍♀). I called this shop to check for availability, and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She told me to check back in a half hour. Soon after we hung up, she called to tell me that there was an opening and that there was a stylist waiting to help me. I was so grateful!! I came in and the ladies had me to sanitize and spray my clothing with disinfectant. My stylist got started right away! She did one braid and gave me a mirror to approve the size and shape. She was considerate of my comfort and my edges! They do a beautiful job. The braids I have and the braids I watched them do we’re neat and beautiful!

Not to mention, I’d lost my Apple earphones so I couldn’t listen to my Worship music during my experience. However, when I walked in they had Tasha Cobbs singing on the television!! I watch video after video of my favorite gospel singers!! I was able to worship and get my hair done at the same time!! This will be my shop from now on! I’m so grateful God led me here. I had a beautiful experience!☺💓
