Chrome and coffee event was honestly much better than I was expecting. I’m not huge into classics but they have some great pieces to show and Sell! For really reasonable prices! Would check out their car events if you’re ever in the area! :)

Gateway Classics Detroit was exceptional. Chelsea was knowledgeable, professional, and very interested in making sure I had all of the information on the car. This was one of the easiest buying experiences I have gone through. I really enjoyed the fact that the dealership was closed to the public and appointment based. This allowed me to not be distracted by tire kickers. I plan to buy more from Gateway.

Great people to deal with. The video they did of my car was terrific and I know it helped sell it. They only had it 2.5 months. It was stored inside eventually bought by a collector.

I purchased a 1967 Plymouth Satellite from the Detroit showroom of Gateway Classic Cars and I wanted to tell you about my awesome buying experience.
My sales representative was Chelsea K. and IMHO, she went well above and beyond what is expected from a sales person. I set up the deal over the phone and she had all of the paperwork ready to go when I showed up for the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was purchasing and she even ran down some information for me a week after I towed the car half way across the country.

That is the kind of service all dealerships should strive for!

I will definitely purchase my next classic car from one of the Gateway showrooms.

I purchased a C1 Vette from this dealership and it was a great transaction. Mike and Tony were very professional and helpful. I requested additional pictures among other things and they were prompt in response. They worked with the inspector I hired. They took my offers to the owner and help me negotiate a good deal. At shipping time they honored some requests I had before loading and all went smoothly. I recommend these guys strongly.

No complaints at all I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted and they got me into it. The buying process was smooth and easy. Got a great running and good looking car couldn't be happier!!

Tony and Mike were great! They took care of me through the process and got me into a beautiful mustang in days! Both were very helpful in negotiations with the bank and helping me get an appraisal on the vehicle for help with the financing. I was looking at a Black 66 Nova, was given all the information. Got all my questions answered promptly. My sales lady even called the seller on the questions she couldn't answer at the time. Offered to take extra pictures, went above and beyond. I was looking at two others, which turned out to be internet scams & slept on the one at Gateway. Called back a week later, it was sold! Its my own fault. But the experience was still great. I knew i should have just went with my gut and bought it. Don't let my mistakes be yours! They don't currently have what i want, but I am only going thru Gateway when I do find it. She's the manager at the Detroit location. So if you ask for the manager, you'll get the best.

Great company. Dropped off two classic cars and they both sold in three months. When the second car sold, I picked my new classic from their large Nationwide dealer network and had it shipped to my home. Thank you!

We bought a 1976 Fj40 Landcruiser just a week ago!! We live in Tennessee so we purchased it over the phone which was painless!! Chelsea & her team were all amazing when we showed up! The cruiser was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations!! We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!!
