I needed a car fast because I’m currently going through a divorce. So I went to Capital One finance & was looking at Vehicles I was pre-approved for, and several different car lots came up, but Quattro Motors stood out. Raymond contacted me after I did an inquiry about a 2016 White Chevy equinox. The vehicle was so clean but the real test was, let’s see how the customer service would be. We set up for me to come in and test drive it and to maybe look at other vehicles. He wasn’t pushy and was very understanding to my situation. He never tried to upsell me or persuade me from the vehicle, I had my heart set on. I came up with a small issue but even with that he never stop trying to help me. Once that was over and I got my insurance the process was fast friendly and painless. I was able to pick up the vehicle on my lunch break(45 minutes) and he had it at the door waiting for me.

He really put a smile on my face and made my day and I’m loving my new ride.

After searching for months for a reliable vehicle for myself, I finally came to Quattro Motors. Raymond was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressured. He let me test drive multiple vehicles until I left with the one that I loved. The rest of the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone that is looking! 😊

Having been lied to and scammed by OTHER Car dealers for the previous 10 days, it was like a breath of fresh air to deal first with Doug and then Mike. They bent over backwards to get the deal done. This vehicle had just arrived the day I was there and said it had to under go a complete service inspection and it would be about 2 weeks. The minute it was ready they contacted me and the deal was done. Doug kept in touch during the 2 weeks (which I am sure I was a PITA) With my less than perfect credit Mike got the financing done quickly and painlessly. Had a great experience here. After endless hours of looking online and at other dealerships, found a great car at a good deal. (Which feels impossible these days.) The salesman Raymond was super helpful, didn't try to oversell me, and really took the time to go over every detail of the car's history etc. The manager (I think his name is Mike) was also super helpful, went over all of my financing, very patient and informative. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second time getting a vehicle from Quattro Motors and my experience with them is always excellent. Mike helped me trade my old vehicle in and upgraded to a Jeep Cherokee. Mike and the whole crew at the Redford location made me feel welcome from the time I walked through the door. The process was easy and fast. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to do another upgrade.

We were looking for a nice used car for my college aged daughter and we found Quattro Motors online. Doug treated us fairly and kindly, while I test drove several cars from the lot and asked for more time for our paychecks to post. Even after our deal was complete, he took the time to make sure we were happy with everything before we signed the papers. The 2006 Ford Fusion was sold at slightly below market value and a check with CarFax verified every claim Quattro Motors had made. I would definitely recommend Quattro Motors to others.

I purchased a Chevy Cruze Hatchback from Raymond! He was quick to respond, checked the alignment for my husband and had the team fix a problem with it before purchase. He said he would hold it a couple of days even without a deposit- although, we did leave a deposit. They were the best dealer we have dealt with and will continue to use them if the need arises!

A nice selection of vehicles, however I had one in mind. It was in pristine condition, clean and all the details of the history of the vehicle were available. The people working were professional, friendly and the office was clean. Mike was very patient while i worked on getting my insurance information online so I would drive it home that day.
