Amazing staff!!!! Mike was the best waiter! We seriously enjoyed the sirloin and pizza! There is no pizza left once we made it home. We will definitely stop there again when we are in Brooklyn Center again!!! Fabulous!!!!

Great hotel. They make fresh omelets to order and have a good variety of breakfast foods.
Also you get two free drinks per night you stay during happy hour. Great friendly staff.

Really good service. We ordered at the right time. People after us were told 30 minutes. Our waiter was great. We got big portions but he forgot one of our appetizers ... Which was fine we didn't need it we had so much food so we told him not to worry. He was so apologetic that he gave us a free dessert.

Great food and service at a reasonable price. My spouse and I were staying at the Embassy Suites, and usually we're reluctant to eat at any hotel restaurant. Too often we've found they are overpriced and not great quality. We were pleasantly surprised at the 6300 Steakhouse. We had great food - shrimp tacos and cobb salad - as well as great service. Both meals were nicely presented, very good quality, nice portions and very reasonably priced. We would definitely eat here again.

Really really good food. I got the 6300 steak sandwich it came with little crispy onion straws they're really tasty in the sauce. I also got the shrimp pesto flatbread. It was more than I could eat by myself. The staff was very courteous and my meal arrived rather quickly. I would definitely go here again.

I was not there for the steaks. I was there for the breakfast as I stayed in the hotel that is connected to this restaurant. The breakfast was very good. Next time if I am in the area. I will try and get there in time to try the steaks out. Everything looked so fancy when it brought to you on your plate.

As the ONLY diners in this renown restaurant on a Saturday night, our party of 6 adults had the undivided attention from Marquis our server and Chef Andre & grill crew. A delight to watch the wordless ballet of the chefs preparing our meals in the open kitchen.
And then the honored to sample Chef Andre's
Special dessert creation HEAVEN.
To be fair, the Embassy Suites Hotel was booked to the gills with wedding parties and three kids's sports tournaments, all of whom had other dining options. The restaurant was busy Friday night.
During our stay we've also enjoyed a light dinner al fresco on the patio, plus room service the night of our arrival. All meals delectable.

We live in the neighborhood and this place is a little-known gem. Absolutely delicious. My husband does miss the filet mignon though! Bring it back - popular demand. :)

My mother in law loves this place. We take her often when she visits. Highly recommend the Margherita pizza.
