The food was very satisfying and delicious. Just like homemade.
I ordered both the chicken curry and beef fry(Karanga) with fufu. 🤤
Also order the Egushi dish to dip fufu into.
Tables and chairs are conveniently place to sit wherever you like.
The bathrooms were clean.
It was a very nice experience.
Will be going back for sure! 💯

Great lil place for delish African food. The cashier/server was so nice and helpful since it was our first time. He warned me that the snapper I ordered was fried whole which was nice. My son got to try the eyes--but only after I went to the car. Hahahahahaha. Also, he didn't even make fun of us for taking pix. Lol.

Food is great and authentic! Service is a hot or miss but the food makes up for it!

Excellent place for Liberian and Kenyan food. Plus they have night club and live band on the weekends. I enjoyed myself. Very stylish for the grown adults.

The Liberian dry rice and fish is absolutely amazing!! Now that's West Africa!!! 😉!

I've been going to this restaurant since they were at the Shingle Creek location. Even though can be pricey, the food is worth it.

Jumbo is where you wanna be at taste of African at its finest the way its prepared the delicious flavors of the cassava leaf , spinach or if you feeling something spicy they can make to your level Jumbo restaurant I am greeted with wonderful employees there are very friendly people all over its a place I can eat over and over go check it out for yourself then you experience the best of foods.

So delicious!!! It took a little longer for take out than anticipated, but it was the start off the dinner rush. Looks like they do some sort of night club thing, and fast food, when we're not in a pandemic. We got the Beef Fry (Karanga), but they were out of collard greens so we went with spinach as a substitute. I have never enjoyed cooked spinach on it's own until now. The portions weren't ridiculously large or small and seemed very in line with the price. Plus they cater! All of it was SO good. Seriously. I'm too full and still want more.

Friendly customer service, explained items and allowed us to sample. Good food, atmosphere was welcoming. Live music Sunday nights and reggae nights too. It did not take long to get our food. Credit card purchases do cost more but it wasn't terrible. There's an ATM there if you'd rather, but costs about the same by the time u pay the ATM and your bank... if not more!

I went in to their grocery section hoping to find ingredients to make a peanut sauce, which I've never made before. The woman working there was incredible helpful and friendly! She got me the ingredients I needed AND told me how to prepare the peanut sauce (which was delicious).

My boyfriend and I shared the goat curry and chicken curry. It was delicious! The service was warm and friendly. The dining room was full of people who were enjoying their food and each other. A wonderful dining experience.

I visit Jambo on Friday or Sunday nights and I always enjoy myself. Many different cultures all having a great time is absolutely beautiful!! No Cap! 🤘🏾

First time in, and with all my allergies they were able to accommodate me.
The chicken curry was phenomenal, flavorful and plenty of food.
We will be back, the tilapia is on my to try list next.

I live 100 miles away in northern mn i have my girl grab me large potatoe greens every time she goes to town, this is my favorite food hands down!!! that woman in the back can throwdown man idk what she puts in them greens but lord i appreciate her

I love this place!!! I had the chicken curry and my daughter had the vegetarian coconut curry and beans and all of it was amazing!!! I also can't leave a review without mentioning the warm and delicious cala that was brought out first, just awesome!

This is one of my go to places. It's always gonna be fire here🔥 I mostly go on Fridays. I still haven't tried their door yet but I plan to next time. The dancing don't stop, I love it!

If you love African food, or just looking for good goat, come here. This place has fun people and very accommodating. After 7 on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays live music. The music can range from traditional African music to reggae. No cover, just come, eat, drink, and be merry!

Great customer service, reasonable prices and most importantly GOOD FOOD.! I ate there for the first time last week and been back again within the same week.
