Great service, we bought 2 SUV from Them within the last 16 months

I came to see Lance if he could help me find a different car that would be easier to get into with my sore leg we found one but it was sold when I came back jan2 so now he will watch out for another one that would work.

I have been buying and servicing vehicles here for nearly 30 years. They take good care of me here. Things are not always perfect or operating as smooth as I would like, but when things are not going well, they are quick to respond and make amends. Check them out for yourself.

After scheduling through the app. Received a call to verify and make sure the service I picked was correct. Was told that the shuttle service had been on pause. Said I would be able to find another ride. However, when I arrived for my appointment was pleasantly surprised that they would take care of getting me a lyft ride. Didn't have to wait long after checking in and was on my way home. Took about and hour half, car was done. Let my advisor know that I would be ready around 10 to be picked up. I had already took care of paying online which was quick. Was picked up, dropped off. Then right to the service desk to get my keys. The whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Casie was able to answer my question on the phone quickly, confirmed my warranty status and got me in immediately to get what he needed to start the process. Also he was happy to schedule me at a time that did not interfere with my job. Lyft pickup and drop off also made it super convenient for me to leave my truck while work was done.

Lance had the vehicle pulled up to the front of the store when I arrived. There was no wasted time trying to find the vehicle. He was prompt in his response to my questions. He was very thorough in explaining all incentives and how to qualify. He stayed late to see my entire process through even though I know he had previous plans. Tony, the manager on duty during my visit was very transparent with my trade value and lease vs. purchase scenario. I have already given their names to a person who stopped and asked about my new car. Tiffany the finance manager who handled my purchase was so friendly and easy going. I didn't feel any pressure from her to purchase additional protection for my vehicle even though I did buy the service contract and tire and wheel protection. The entire process from beginning to end was a nice experience. Keep up the great work guys.

The only reason I had a 5 star experience is because of Alan. He was welcoming, kind, ensuring and his customer service was just absolutely amazing. However, the sales people on the floor needs some training on how to greet and assist customers. No one on that floor spoke to me despite seeing me curious about a few vehicles. At one point a couple walked in and a sales person said 'you guys look serious, he can help you' as if I was a complete joke. It's time to retire my current Chevrolet and out of loyalty I was looking into getting another GM. I'm glad I had that experience because it made me go home and do research and now Toyota, Honda or Mazda seems like they will be a better fit for me and my family. Alan, thank you for your great service!

Adam and Corey were great to work with. Adam kept me posted on my truck's timeline as it came from the factory, had all my documents ready when it arrived and answered all my questions very quickly. Corey made the finance process extremely simple and painless. He did a great job helping me find the appropriate extended warranty that would meet my needs. This was hands down the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!

I came to this dealership after a terrible experience at another local Chevy dealership. I worked with Alan Hammond and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the service my car needed, the warranty coverage I still had on the vehicle and what to expect about the service process. In the end nothing was wrong with the car, when the other dealership was going to have me pay $375 for a part that would have been covered but was not even malfunctioning. Absolutely fantastic buying experience! Dani was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help us through the process! We had bad experiences at other dealerships and this was by far the best! Would highly recommend Luther and Dani to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Great Service Visit. I was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Because of Covid I hoped to make my visit as quick as possible. I was pleased to see that Brookdale Chevrolet has made some changes to their waiting area by moving some tables and chairs into another area and quite spread out. I was told it would take about 1:15 at the longest so I told the service rep that I would go for a walk outside first. To my surprise, he called me just as I was walking back up to the building about 45 minutes later. That was really quick service and I appreciated it.

The service consultant is knowledgeable about his job. He follows up with you on regular basis about the status of your vehicle. My car is finished in no time. Excellent customer service. He is polite, nice dealing with, and treats the customer with the utmost respect. The dealership itself is clean and the waiting area is cozy and comfortable while waiting for your vehicle.

I got the oil changed, tires rotated, and the cabin air filter replaced on my vehicle. The service was quick and competent, as always. What I most appreciated, however, was the expanded customer waiting area. No more crowding together around the TV. The dealership has added a number of tables and chairs, and social distancing is a lot easier than it used to be.

The service consultant was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done for the maintenance service and made sure to let me know of any additional repairs that were recommended, including the price, and confirmed with me before going through with the work. Very friendly and calm environment.

I scheduled an appointment after identifying a coolant leak while on a vacation. The appointment scheduling was quick and easy. Joe took care of us when we came in and did a great job talking me me through the process. He communicated well after the issue was identified,and they actually located a small oil leak which was also repaired. After our last service, I noted what looked to be a missing bolt on a heat shield. I had not previously noticed it so assumed it was related to the service. Joe was great on finding a replacement bolt and having it installed even though it did not appear to be related to the previous service. The coolant leak, etc. was completed in a timely manner. Joe communicated well throughout the process and the text message systems works well to share information on completion. I was offered a ride back to the dealership but had a ride, so it was not necessary. The checkout process was quick and easy. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks for the excellent service. My experience shows the value in buying a "certified used" vehicle from a dealer. I would do so again.

This young lady was THE BEST service person I have had at Luther since 2014 when I bought my car. She was knowledgeable, kept me updated, explained some of the additional repairs and new tires I needed, all with a waiting room full of customers. She was fantastic.

Dani was amazing, I didn’t catch the sales managers name but he was great and stylish too. The trade in quote was beyond fair and they worked for me to make sure that I was able to explore all the options I wanted too. They ran the numbers so I could compare them and make a final decision. Over all I will always recommend Dani to friends and family looking for a new/used car.
