CTR Accounting + Tax Services

I have been going here for the last 10 years. Very reliable. The few issues I’ve had with the IRS have been dealt with promptly and resulted in my best interest thanks to CTR. I have many friends and family members get their taxes done here and are happy with the staff and service. No complaints, and I look forward to going every year and having CTR do my taxes for me. Excellent company!

Over 25 years of having this firm do my personal and business taxes. Any issues were always promptly addressed. Any issues I have had were not with CTR Accounting but in the IRS does not follow their own protocols and procedures. I have recommended this business to numerous people and they all have had similar experiences as myself. Courteous and thorough tax preparation and advice. Five Stars Plus!!!!!

Not professional or nice. I would suggest going anywhere else. Just look at the responses to some of these negative reviews. It’s mind boggling the level of emotional maturity Corrine has.

Thank everything holy I went to someone new this year. She SCREWED me on my taxes the past two years. I told her I was a remote employee and she had no idea how to correctly file my taxes or she just didn’t want to because she’s lazy.

I over paid due to her incompetence. I will never get that money back. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Corrine did unethical things to get my husband and I higher returns. I never got my return and my husband insisted we go to her until things were resolved the next year. I asked her to do it by the book and when I picked up my return, she did the same thing again that year and made me feel bad for questioning her. The IRS held my return again and sent it to the questionable department and letters to me saying they would hold future returns if what they suspected was found to be true. We reached out to her for help, she said she didn’t have time to help us and that she would have to charge us to make the amendments we asked for to correct her lies. She also told us to make sure we lie or we would both be in a lot of trouble! I’m not lying to the IRS! I’ll take what they think I get, I’m used to having to pay before I got married, what!!? We ended up going else where, where they weren’t too busy to do ours within a week and he promised if something like this happened with him, we would not be charged a second time. He also said that CTR and Corrine specifically is known for doing illegal things and he has no idea how she’s in business. We finally got our taxes back for two years within a month of another company taking care of us after being told to wait and there’s nothing she can do and she’s too busy for way too long. Beware.

Started going here on a friend's recommendation. Many people from my profession also went here. Received very good (too good) refunds. Me and roughly 80 other clients were audited. CTR did help in responding to the audits, and they promised to pay penalties & interest if we couldn't resolve it. When it came time to pay the IRS, they stopped responding to me. It's my experience they don't stand behind their promises. Beware.

Corrine Is a theif. She took our money and never filed our taxes. She then stopped returning calls.. This lady belongs in prison.

Foul mouth and unprofessional..would highly recommend going elsewhere.
