Food was good, Conor loved the mac and cheese and the chicken on my pan fried noodle was delish. But the real stand out was Mark, our waiter. He was such a sweet person, very attentive and personable. Really made our experience a great one.

Professional and friendly staff. Establishment was clean upon entry. Food was well prepared and even with a mistake in the order they were prompt in their fix and appropriate in their apology.

Love this place. The food is very good and the staff is friendly and attentive. Do the survey on the bottom of the receipt and you will get an appetizer for free.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. We had a large-ish party (seven people) and all the food was on the table within ten minutes. All correct, too. The bathroom could have been a little more handicapped-friendly, but it wasn't an insurmountable obstacle. Definitely would eat here again.

My roommates and I ordered from here the other night. Their online system was down so when I got there I had to reorder, pay, and wait. They were pleasant about it and even gave us a free entree for our troubles! Food was amazing as always! I'm obsessed with the Pad Thai and Mt roommates love the Mac and cheese!

The new manager was so accommodating. Also, being our first time there, he was very patient and everyone working there was also amazing and very sweet! My daughter said she wants to make it a tradition now and I don't mind at all!

My husband won the “Hero’s Lunch” by leaving a business card in the bowl. It was so great!!! We sampled appetizers, soups, salads, noodle dishes, deserts and espresso. All the dishes had chicken in them and it was done perfectly. Juicy and seasoned just right. We found new favorites and all the food was beyond yummy!!! Lindsey was there to greet us and take care of our every wish. Her service and bubbly attitude made the dining experience even more special and memorable. She was so knowledgeable about all the dishes and recommended things to try that were delicious. All the food was made to order and they did not mind special requests in the dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection and the dining room spotless. The employees had smiles on their faces and Lindsey was an absolute pleasure. We have dined there in the past and now we will be going there more with all the new dishes we tried, all the new favorites and all the great employees they have working here.

I love this place particularly because they are very accommodating. We being vegetarian told about our diet restrictions. They volunteered washing the plans and using different gloves.
The shop was clean and view of Royal Oak downtown is complemented thru big windows.

Well first of all I'd like to commend noodles and company for having so many different choices for people who have diet restrictions. It can be very isolating to go to restaurants and not have anything to eat because of medical conditions. I was able to easily find meals on the website and what would be in them or if there was anything to worry about with my egg allergy. I had placed the order through DoorDash and called to speak with someone on the phone about making a note of the allergy. The gentlemen I spoke with was extremely supportive and reassuring that there would be no issues regarding my egg allergy, which is very refreshing, especially when some restaurants act like it's too much to ask for. It was all around a great experience speaking with and ordering from this location. They will be getting five stars on Allergyeats as well.

Great food. Kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. I've never had an issue with the food at any of the locations. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken, the parmesan chicken and the Wisconsin 5 cheese (with or without chicke ). The lad thai is good too with shrimp.
Service has been pretty good. Cant say ice had a bad experience. But some staff members care more about their customers than others. But that's true anywhere you go. Restaurant was clean and the wait time was minimal.

Just had to give this Noodles a shout-out. We’ve been coming here every Friday for over a year, best meal of my week! The veggies are always so fresh, and so is the crew, really courteous people. Love the atmosphere, love the service, double love the cavatappi!

The server was super cool here. I had the small Japanese Pan Noodles (super yummy, but the noodles were a bit thicker than I am used to) and they were delicious. This location also recently got new drinks, and most of them are quite healthy (Picture shows ingredients on a lemonade I purchased). I love Noodles and Co and this is a great location.

I am coming back here for sure. I would support this business. The manager Ethan was professional. I was there with some Deaf friends signing and he approached our table confidently and communicated well with us. Too often waiters/waitresses are apprehensive around signing, but everyone with my group said he was a very efficient and respectful manager.

Helpful in understanding for our first visit. Made great recommendations. Take out boxes handy by the drinks, so you can grab it yourself. Chopsticks available too. Wonderful food!

Love the royal oak noodles! The new location is a lot smaller than the last one, but they’ve done the best to make use of the space. Sleek & clean. Friendly staff. Never had any issues. Thanks!

One of my favorite restaurants. The selection of alternative healthy dishes are my go to. Service is good and food is fast. It's a laid back atmosphere, so I like dine in every now and then.

My fiancé and I kicked off my birthday weekend in Downtown Royal Oak. We wanted to try something different, so we went to Noodles and Company. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Anthony was our cashier and a wealth of knowledge concerning the menu. My fiancé had plenty of questions and he helped us out. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, establishment was nice, clean and peaceful. We can't wait to go back!
