Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The service at the desk was a little quirky as the desk shares two hotels. Apparently one line is for one hotel and the other line is for the other. Don't understand why the computer terminals can't be versatile in assisting any guest at the counter. Other than that, we passed on the breakfast and went next door to IHOP. The pools were always packed with kids enjoying themselves as parents sat just outside in a splash free zone. The value of the rooms are really good! Spacious, clean ,and comfortable. It was also very nice to be able to quickly walk across the street to the mall. We would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. A little hard to find at night because it shares billing with another hotel chain. But good breakfast , clean comfortable rooms, hot showers. Two indoor pool and hot tub.

Our stay was Wonderful! Right across the street from Mall of America. Shuttle service from Airport and to Mall Great! Tristan at Check in was SO friendly and helpful and Zach was great at check out too!! The Suite we had was large, a full refrigerator. The beds very comfortable. Great free TV. I Highly recommend this Lovely Hotel!! Oh Great Breakfasts too!! 😀

Had a late flight arrival to the cities...I called prior to booking to make sure I could still check in after hours... the woman who helped me made it possible so I had somewhere to stay at short notice. She had me call before take off and checked me in over the phone. I really appreciated that. The room was clean and every worker I encountered was polite and friendly. They have double pool and double hot tub...it was a nice touch. They had a mix of grab and go and some buffet options...eggs mini waffles (delicious) biscuit & gravy and some eggs, along with juice and cereal options. There was ample parking and i could see mall of America from the hotel.

Very happy with this hotel. Nice well kept rooms that are spacious and well equipped, the location was perfect for our stay as most of what we did was at Mall of America and as it was right across the street there was no need to drive and close enough to take a break back at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with what we needed, and plenty of options with the breakfast. There were a couple of flaws being that there a few small stains in the carpet throughout the room (didn't bother me at all, just an observation), 1 half of the drapes were missing, and the wifi was not working our first night there, but it was up and running on our second day, and the entry door that actually says Park Plaza is actually a back door that you need a room key to access which made it confusing when we first arrived, it would probably help if there was a sign directing people to enter through the Country Inn side as that is where the front desk in because is located as this is pretty much just 1 hotel with 2 different names on it. An added bonus was the hotel being connected to an IHOP and TGI Friday's which made dining options really convenient. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my stay here and will most likely stay here again whenever I make it back to Minneapolis!

I stayed here for 3 nights when I first landed in Minnesota and I knew I wanted to be near the Mall Of America for a few days before moving to my next hotel. The location is perfect and the skywalk to the MOA is literally a few steps outside of the hotel. Ihop is right next door too and you don’t have to leave the hotel grounds to get to it thanks to the hallways. I only had breakfast 1 morning but it looked like they had a lot of choices of food and drinks. When I come back next year I will definitely be staying here again. For anyone that would be using Uber or Lyft, there was a lot of them around and easy to get, and the hotel also has their own airport shuttle :)

Had an early flight so I came to drop off my luggage before noon and they gave me early check-in instead, awesome! Rooms are like little suites, lots of room, big fridge.

I placed my guests there, and all of them liked their 7 rooms. But most i was impressed by the latino lady ( no English) allowing me to use the employee's bathroom (using access card) while I was waiting for my guests at the reception. I guess they could think of a bathroom nearby 😅

The hotel has everything you need, it is a 10 minute walk to MOA, you can use a Skywalk if the outside conditions are bad. There's an IHOP and a TGI Friday's attached to the property. Above average continental breakfast. The staff at the hotel are the best. We stay here a lot, just because of the outstanding staff. The rooms are roomy suites.

The place was amazing, really close to the mall and the service was top notch. We were having family problems and we wanted to check out early. When we went to the first floor to the front desk, we met a front desk employee named Rashida and she supported us so much that we decided to stay for another day. She also gave us cookies to cheer us up. She DESERVES A RAISE. Best hotel to visit mall of America or and ikea. Hope I see Rashida in the future!

This place was amazing I will definitely stay here again. I loved the fact it had two pools and two hot tubs. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing. Overall it was amazing. Thank you to all the staff and what you guys do keep up the hard work I appreciate it.

This place exceeded all expectations. It was walking distance to the mall of america, which was nice as well. Super awesome front desk, good breakfast, pool and hot tub were good. The rooms we had both had a living room type area with a separate bedroom. Very clean, loved the folded towel animal. Five stars all around.

Overall it was pretty good. There was hot breakfast in the morning and the pools and jacuzzi were open. I did have an issue with my toilet not flushing properly but it was handled and hotel Management ensured it was done properly. Also, there were adequate towels in the room which is very important to me so great job there!

Very nice quick overnight stay. Right across from Mall of America. Easy walk even though it was snowy and cold. Much easier to walk. Didn't have breakfast at hotel, but went to IHOP which was connected to hotel, so was nice not to have to get out in cold. The whole staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. Would definitely go back.

Staff was very friendly, and airport pick up has never been easier. The shuttle was there right as I got out the doors. Check in was a little slow, but worked out fine. Room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I have never had so many options before! The gravy was surprisingly yummy, and I loved the coffee/tea bar. Pool and other amenities were open 24/7. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast.

Pierre at the front desk is the gem of this hotel. Keep him at all costs! We frequently return due to the fabulous staff, and roomy rooms. We shall be back!

Rooms are nice and have a separate sitting room with pull out couch bed. It helps when you have kids and want to watch television but not keep them up at night. This is always our go to place. Close to MOA, and food.

Very nice, cozy hotel. It was very convenient for us. I parked my car at the hotel and just walked across the street to mall of america. They have a really nice big fireplace when you first walk in. They did serve breakfast on the weekend I was there until 1030am, and had a nice selection to choose from. Staff was very friendly. I locked the room key in the room 3 times and the staff didn't seem bothered by it. I would definitely still there again

Room was good, clean and well set up. A/C might have needed to cool it down a bit but that was minor- maybe an older wobbly toilet seat is all we could find that needs attention, lol. Unbelievable front desk service. The gentleman that helped us check in and out was about as good as it gets. Great people person and great personality. They made you feel like you mattered. Can’t say enough about them. Thank you Park Plaza!

I stayed here because I wasn't able to fly out on my scheduled day. I called the hotel; Pierre at the front desk sent me shuttle to pick me up, even though I hadn't reserved a room yet. He told me we'd figure it out when I arrived. He just wanted to get me there first so I wouldn't be so stressed. I got there 5 minutes later, he put me into a king suite and and allowed me to check in right away! I look forward to staying here again, but under better circumstances. Thank you Pierre, for being such a great person and your excellent customer service skills!
