Great place to work. Also a great place to get almost anything you want on line.

As an employee at this warehouse, I'm learning many new roles and an hoping to grow more here. Being on my feet 10 hours might be slightly rough, but I'm use to it and okay with it after being here for 5 years as of 2023! Others can do the same if they're wanting to work for one of the biggest online based companies in the world!

Amazon warehouse ecourse road, Romulus Michigan is one of amazon's numerous warehouse facilities across the United States of America. It is not far from the Detroit Metro international airport. The warehouse receives goods from various suppliers within and outside the country. A lot of people work to ensure that there is seamless logistics across all the distribution channels.

I had to go here twice because I had the interview then the position was not available anymore so I picked up another location and shift and they quickly moved me through to that location so I am happy to say I got the job yayy!

Loved working here very good and amazing and understand people's that work here.

Great place but hard work sometimes

I work here could make more money but it’s better than most and the benefits are pretty good just takes a lot out of you

On Wednesday, September 7th. I ran home on my lunch break. As I was returning to my car and running late to get back to work, I noticed there was an Amazon van parked behind me for a delivery (not of mine) with the plates DD 08506 Michigan UNIT# 21 On a Ram Promaster. I saw a black male in the back gathering his packages. I didn't wanna bother him so I decided I was just going to wait. Once he noticed I was sitting in the car, he didn't hesitate to jump back in the driver seat and move out from behind my car so I could get out. This was extremally kind of him and just wanted someone to let him know that he is doing a great job! He could of easily went about doing his job and delivering his packages, but he went out of his way to make a difference in my day. Thank you. Its really isn't something you expect out of people these days. The delivery location was at the Westlake Circle apartments in Belleville MI.

A very wonderful place to work for I would give it 10 Stars if I could. I'm 60 years old and I have many health problems and being out of work since covid-19 started and going back to work at Amazon was a huge task and I missed many days unfortunately because of my congestive heart failure and my asthma COPD problems but I'm doing much better now and along the way the Amazon has been there and supported me in just a wonderful company to work for. I'm just blown away I really appreciate Amazon God bless them each and every day I'm proud to be an Amazonian

As a fellow worker, my experience with Amazon has always been great. It has improved even more so.
As you work hard we need workers who believe we can make a change as a team, and as a family. Often you should take the ideologies of the company with a grain of salt, as you bring your own cards to the table.

Amazon currently starts your pay scale at $15 dollars. It's not something you should scoff at, this is decent. You will notice on your "day 1" we encourage your safety, diversity, culture and individual success that is driven by a team - the workers. Not every scenario will be the same, and as so, here at Amazon we will encourage your personal growth, but do not expect to not work hard for it. There is no secret sauce or krabby patty formula that will get you there easier.

We have here at Amazon a "learning curve". Whether you are a Manager, apart of HR and Safety, with Learning, or a regular hourly associate, everyone learns at their own pace. Not everyone will know or how to perform like you do, your knowledge is power, and team work enables you to learn more.

Here at Amazon we have the ability to do more for ourselves, giving each associate the ability to pave their own path to a more successful career. There are tools in place to allow equal opportunities. Often many associates encourage others as comrodery through rates. This is an essential function that drives the facility to impact customers directly. As an associate you will see hands-on how your work impacts those during peak delivery times such as christmas or a day to day schedule.

Also we at Amazon understand that this workplace is not perfect, it may not be for you. Sometimes you just need a job that pays or need an opportunity for growth. Facility is huge! Nice tho. Looks fun. There was an event out front and the food smelled good.

Great place to work, managers not ready for the tasks ahead. Poor management skills. Don't have the management qualifications, disrespectful, causing folks to consider going elsewhere to work

I loved works for Amazon because I feel three great and everyone has negative opinions I don’t see the benefit of working hard and end up with a paycheck there’s no perfect place in this world so no job is perfect honestly I love being part of Amazon and I think that people who have their experiences that feel obligated to send a negative review I just think that where can you find a job to pay you 15 an hour with no degree?

I work here this is the 2nd Amazon I've worked at I like it. Had to get used to the schedule but other than that it's cool. I don't talk to anyone I just come do my job and leave.
