This store is the best option for shipping in the area! The employees are very helpful and the shipping process is much easier than going to UPS store.

I had a great visit today, Fallon was such a great cashier. We had a great conversation, and she was super friendly. The rest of the team were all in high spirits and really helpful too. I found everything I needed.

Experience was amazing. I struggled the previous time I came in for prints for work and the associate was not helpful and made me feel unintelligent.... I am not tech savvy. I decided to give it one more chance. I was greeted by a very welcoming woman named Isabel. She was phenomenal!!! Walked me through everything and told me if I had any troubles to come right in and she would help me. Amazing customer service and didn't make me feel stupid. Isabel saved Staples. I will now be back because of how well she took care of my needs.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Print & Marketing Supervisor, Amber, at your Bellingham, MA store. Amber has helped me complete three projects within the last six months. this store is the best staples in all of mass. 🥰 from the moment you walk in the door, the vibes are immaculate. the associates are super friendly & willing to search high & low for what your looking for. & if they dont have it in stock, they offer to order it next day free shipping to the store/home or see what stores near by have it in stock. Ansley, Ryan, Amber, Jeff, Max, Brandon & April have all helped me on multiple occasions for different items & printing services. 10/10 recommend & will always rely on them for my office needs & more. 🙂 never disappointed, always satisfied!!

Here's a story:

One time that I dropped in for a quick business buy, I was looking for printer cartridge. It wasn't exactly where the other cartridges were, but a very nice sales associate helped me find it in one of the isles.

As I walked up to the register, I began an intriguing and wonderful conversation on the topics of marketing and sales with a new sales associate who was certain that the off-brand disinfectant wipes located at the register would sell instead of the name brand ones. Her manager disagreed.

As we talked, we discussed how a marketer would sell the product. Selling by assessing who would actually appreciate and need more effective disinfectant wipes and advertising them by changing the way they were being displayed at. In addition to advertising online. Moving to how a salesmen would do the same thing, but would connect with the buyers need to the product through a conversational sales model.

After around 20 minutes of talking, I really had to get back to work and I bid her farewell and good luck.

The assistant manager Alex was super helpful - he price matched an office chair for me which saved me almost $100, and he informed me of a great sale they were having on chair matts that saved me another $20! After that he loaded my purchase into my car for me, which I really appreciated.

I have used this Staples on a number of occasions for personal and business needs. In a recent visit I purchased an office printer and it was delivered to us within 1 business day. Unfortunately, the printer did not work properly - it was a defect at at the factory. I simply brought it back to the store and one of the team leads named Jordan was able to have the item swapped and replaced within a few minutes. Jordan was kind and professional throughout the entire process.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful with office supplies and major printings we have done.

I went there this evening to have very last minute Christmas photo cards made. The young woman Cecelia who was working in the printing dept. helped me design & process my order in no time at all. She was pleasant, professional & the cards came out beautiful. Great customer service!

I had a most surprising and positive experience yesterday morning at my local Staples. I trotted in to quickly pick up several enlargement prints of one of my watercolor paintings. When the print department counter representative checked the items against my order, Janine and I found I was several copies short.

She found the order paperwork, consulted with another staff member, apologized profusely and offered to have the missing prints made for pick-up later that day. That would not work for me yesterday and I politely said so. I allowed that I didn’t strictly need the missing prints yesterday as they were to be Christmas gifts. But I was hoping to feel smugly organized as I wisely put them aside early in the gift buying swirl; so much for THAT plan! I would have to re-order at some point, inconvenient as Plan B would be. I prepared to pay for what I’d received and get back on the mad dash to the Cape.

Suddenly, Janine (sure hope I’ve retained her name correctly, but she was on duty in Bellingham, MA, early morning, Friday August 9, 2019) held out my bag with a rueful yet warm smile under her direct gaze and said, ”I want you to come back to us for your future printing needs! We’ve inconvenienced you, I’m sorry!! Please take what we have done at no cost to you.”

😳WHUUUTTT?!? THAT sure was an unexpected yet very welcome development!! I couldn’t believe it at first, but soon trotted out of my favorite Staples with a paper bag and a delighted, goofy grin.

Upon reflection, I’ve ALWAYS received courteous, knowledgeable and quick attention at Staples Bellingham whatever my need, but couldn't recall ever writing a review. Never a better opportunity to comment on sustained excellence than my experience yesterday!!

Janine’s quick, kind, and WAYYY beyond expectations customer service certainly ensures I WILL return for my (fairly frequent of late) art printing needs.🌟🌟🌟🌻🌟🌟🌟 THANKS JANINE!!💐

Very helpful staff that corrected a wrong price at the register and helped me print a label for a UPS package. Easy and efficient.

I recently had some documents printed. They were double sided with a 3 hole punch and some were laminated. They did a great job. I saved time and toner in my printer. The prints came out great.

I have been trying to find a screen saver for my phone I have been every where, even the place I bought the phone from no one had one then I thought about Staples and sure enough they had just what I needed...

I found what I was looking for. And the people there was very kind. No complaints of them whatsoever.
