My mother and I have been here several different times with different cars. They have been incredibly polite, helpful, and understanding every single time. It has always been incredibly clear that they care about their customers—they have tried to help us in every way possible, including once even driving us home themselves when we left our car in the shop after it unexpectedly broke down so my mother didn’t have to walk (we live very close to the shop).
All that, plus their prices are AMAZING for the work they do! They always give us the lowest price they can. I honestly feel bad about it sometimes because they really do a great job. If I had more money, I would absolutely tip them 50% because they deserve it!
If I ever leave Brooklyn Park, I can see myself coming back to this shop for car maintenance anyway. It’s THAT great.

Got me in early Wednesday, called an hour or 2 after with a quote and it was done before 11am I was able to use my vehicle hours after dropping it off and they located/fixed my issue. I was recommended them and it was a great decision, my car works great again. Thank you!

So happy I was recommended to call Paulie’s. I needed an entire engine replacement in my car. I asked for a quote on the phone and got a call back the same afternoon with a great quote. I was able to leave my car and leave the keys in the dropbox. My car was ready within just a couple days. I couldn’t believe how quick, easy, and friendly the whole process was. I have been using Paulie’s Auto for a few years. It is the only shop that I leave feeling like I paid for the service I actually received. I never feel like they are taking advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. The customer service is amazing. They understand my explanations for why I’m bringing my car even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. They always greet me by name and give me a honest timeframe. I appreciate everything they have done. They have even given me rides to my house when I am dropping my car off. I had both my vehicles in this week. I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer. I have an older Lexus (2005 LS430) that the engine stopped while at a stop light. I got it towed to a nearby gas station for an initial diagnostic of a failed timing belt. What I didn’t know is that this year of Lexus has an interference engine which means if the timing belt goes -it causes a bunch of damage.
I considered scrapping the car, but overall it was in excellent shape.
A nephew of mine has had auto work done at Paulie’s and suggested that I have Paul give me a second opinion and price out what it would cost to get it running again.
Paul found the cause of the timing belt break and gave me a reasonable quote for the engine repair.
I picked up the Lexus yesterday and it is running like a top. The cost for repair and the service were both excellent and as I expected.
The best part of getting my car repaired at Paulie’s Automotive, is that I felt comfortable that I was getting an honest appraisal starting from the engine diagnostic, repair and the total cost.

This place is amazing! I needed my car inspected on a tight schedule and they were able to get me in rather soon. They are extremely professional and explain everything to you in terms that you will understand!

Great establishment and professionals at what they do. Quality work is what I expects and it's what I get every time. Great team and I will keep coming back. Never have to wait and they are honest. I feel very comfortable as a woman who don't know a whole about cars but I can trust there opinion.
