I was going to Longville Minnesota for ice cream and I found the road is closed. I turnaround back to Hackensack and I was lucky to find this ice cream shop Great selection of ice cream, food, and other treats. For me the google maps location was a block off, but we found the spot after looking around a bit . It was cash only when we went, but there is a bank with an ATM across the street and they allowed us to walk over and get cash

We ran into this cute little shop!
They have salads, wraps, soups, pie, ice cream. Over 35 ice cream flavors to try!

We tried the delicious ice cream flight with 7 different flavors for $8.25🍦 of course, we grabbed a few pie slices to go 😉

We loved finding this gem of an ice cream stop while on vacation. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.

This isca must go to place, very cozy and the new owners are so nice! The food was great we had the patty melt and of course the ice cream was delicious! And they are open during the winter, love that!

Finally, a place to get a good burger and fries that is open evenings! Staff is very friendly and quick. We have gone there for dinner, and sometimes we just go for ice cream...it is always great!

awesome little place to get ice cream in the area. We had a tough time finding any other ice cream joints within miles of this place! Just be aware that they only take cash and check not debit or credit cards! Definitely worth the stop if you're driving down 371!!

Great little place to stop and have a treat without having to detour off the highway. Inside and outside seating offered with a bright and cheery feel. We ordered old-fashioned ice cream scoops in waffle Cones - which came generously portioned at an incredibly reasonable price. They had a huge selection of icecream flavors (20?) as well as other ice-cream concotions and several (5+) kinds of home-made pies and multiple other homemade goodies that we'll have to try next time. They do have a food menu as well but unsure of the extent as we went for ice cream only. Its easy to tell a local 'hot-spot' by how busy an establishment is - and BOY were they busy - but very well organized with quick, efficient, and friendly service! We'll definitely be stopping here again!

Great little shop, we got there just before 8 and the staff flipped the open sign to closed. At least 3 different groups of people came in after that and they were happy to serve them, you don't get that at a big corporate owned place. (There was also a gentleman who was there to celebrate his 98th!! birthday. Everyone in the shop sang for him as he got his ice cream)

Quaint ice cream parlor with friendly, helpful staff and absolutely delicious ice cream! The "flight" of flavors is a fantastic way to try a bunch, but beware - those seemingly tiny little flight cups hold a LOT of ice cream! 🤣

Best Icecream cone selection anywhere.(summer). New owners and great 1/3 lb hamburgers. Now open year around. Stop in you will see what I mean. My grandkids and I love going here.

Wow!!! This place is what an ice cream shop is meant to be! You can get full scoops, half scoops, multiple scoops in regular cake cones, waffle cones, waffle cones dipped in chocolate, bowls and probably more. Besides the 40 (approx.) different ice cream flavors there were yummy looking baked goods including whole pies. It was clean, well staffed with nice, mostly teen aged girls. I brought my 10 yr.old grandson here for an ice cream lunch, he had a scoop each of Super Man and cotton candy ice cream. He thought it was GREAT! Our granddaughters were with on another occasion and also rated it as GREAT!

Great place for ice cream!! Monster Cookie flavor is the best! Staff is friendly and welcoming! A short walk to the local city park and beach. A great time for the whole family. They even have a few non-dairy options.

The BEST ice cream- bar none. A flavor for every taste, creamy, flawless. Great selection of types of cones, too. I recommend the Zanzibar Chocolate topped with Hucleberry, served in a Chocolate-Dipped waffle cone.

One caveat: they don't take American Express. They don't take Visa; actually they don't take ANY credit nor debit cards. Bring cash (there is a bank with ATM about a block and a half down the road).

This place is a family favorite. I've been going here for 20 years. Great service always great food! Don't forget to try the pies!

Wonderful ice cream place. Ton of flavors of ice cream and pastries. Can even get pint to take home. Very fun atmosphere as while. Only down side is they don't take cards but an ATM isn't too far away.

Can you really ever have bad ice cream? Especially from such a great group of smiling young adults. Almost every time we stop, the owner herself is there working and so pleasant. Thank you!

YUMMMMM!!!! Friendly service and lots of choices for flavors and how it's dished up. I enjoyed this place twice in one week.
