Jaguar Service Center

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. My service advisor Chris C. was well informed, took his time and was very efficient. He took care of everything with the warranty company. I never had a worry. There was a quick turnaround for two major repairs. I was shuttled home and picked up from work when the repair was done by the same young man who himself was very kind and professional. My Jaguar XE R Sport continues to run like a champ. I am very appreciative to Richfield Jaguar and its staff. Definitely five star service.

I have brought two vehicles to this dealership for service. Outstanding! They go above and beyond for customer service. I appreciate being able to use a courtesy vehicle if it is just for a couple hours or a couple days. Chris, the service advisory, responds quickly, is friendly, and knowledgeable. I have had some unique things with my iPace (electric vehicle) due to a previous owner. The technicians were able to find and solve issues. I appreciate seeing the video from the technician showing what they did and found with my vehicle. Thank you to the entire team!

I have been to the Richfield Jaguar location twice since owning my F-pace. Both times everyone in the service area were very kind, respectful and had a great personality. They washed my car, scrubbed my floor mats and also the carpet on the floors was super dirty from MN winters and they cleaned those too! I was sent text messages and a video of my service they were performing that day. Amazing service all around!

My 6 yr old Jaguar had a bizarre mechanical failure after diligently taking it to the dealer for service for 5 years. JLR Richfield took the best care or me and my vehicle. Ton went above and beyond to ensure I was charged fairly and that, most importantly, my SUV was safe to drive! I can’t recommend this dealership more. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Great Customer Service, Quality and timely ñ repair

Chris was a fabulous service advisor. He kept me informed about the process of the repair of our car. He was kind on the phone and answered the questions I had. He went out of his way to coordinate an after hours pick up. We will ask for him to be our advisor next time! I also was impressed with the original woman who helped me schedule our appointment. She took care to record every detail so the people in service knew exactly what was wrong with the car.

I had a great experience getting my Jaguar serviced. I worked with service advisor Chris Cooley and he did a fantastic job getting everything organized and completed. Great communication keeping me updated on progress and he made sure I understood everything they found on the inspection of my vehicle. Chris is a true professional and I would definitely recommend this service team!

Outstanding and highly informed personal interaction plus care from Monte the Shop Foreman. The work was performed well, communicated in advance via video from the service mechanic, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

My repair was done quickly and professionally. They provided a loaner vehicle and the whole process was done quite painlessly.

I had issues with the sales department in St.Louis Park. However both service departments have been great to work with. The video of the work done on my car was a nice touch.
