Avenue American Bistro

Found this place randomly after we finished a soccer tournament in Canton. First come, first serve, no reservations. Food is extremely fresh and of high quality. Portions are great and prices are just right. The brisket nachos were a great start. Shareable for 4 people easily. Also had the smoked wings, the beef brisket sliders, the macaroni and cheese, the Brussels sprout salad, and the Korean bee tacos. Everything we tried was delicious. This is a perfect 10 out of 10.

This place is awesome! The food is made from scratch, and it is amazing! The service is great. One serving of fries is enough for 3 grown men. The Buffalo chicken egg rolls are great. The sandwiches and the wraps are great. Thanks for all that you do!

Tasty and delicious food. Fresh, hot and well presented. Had the Broccoli & Ceddar Soup...which tasted homemade. My Aunt had the Onion Soup. Similar to French Onion. It was very good but too many crutons inside she said.

Also had the Cauliflower Bites and the flavorful Cod Sliders. Topped that off with the Parmesan Garlic Fries. My Aunt had the Chicken Wrap.

Staff was very attentive, nice and really fast! I definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. It was a girl's night out and we stopped here. Glad we did. EVERYTHING was wonderful from the drinks to the service to the food. Don't pass on this place.

This is one place the entire family can agree on—the entire table shares each other’s meal. There’s enough variety for everyone whether we’re going meatless or not; the taste and portions are on point and drinks are plenty, especially non-alcoholic.

We had the General Tso cauliflower and wings appetizers and the brussel sprout salad w/ na’an bread, cod fish sandwich and Korean tacos as our entrees. (Probably messed up the names but the pics speak for themselves. We smashed! )

First and foremost, I am just over the moon at the fact that they use unbleached parchment paper and cardboard containers! 😭🫶🏽
And seen they used organic chicken too!

Not only that, but they give you a lot for the price you pay!

Great open atmosphere. Everyone is not bunched up on each other from table to table, nice and clean refreshed restrooms with really cool murals throughout. The food was fresh, fast and delish!!! I can hardly wait to go back. I really like that the fries are all shareable sized portions.

My favorite place to eat, food is always fresh and the quality never disappoints. Worth every penny. Favorite dish is General tsao cauliflower and fish sliders are my go to. The chicken quesadillas is fire!!! I can’t 4get that drink with the dragonfruit, yummy!!

Very confused at the host stand, but the food is 😘😘😘😘. We were put on a wait-list while over half of the restaurant was empty?? Once we sat down though......the server was awesome and the food was even better!!! I will definitely go back if in the area

After a sales convention with UWM/UMortgage, we decided to eat before going to the airport to go home. There were 4 of us, and when we arrived we were seated immediately. The atmosphere was laid back. The deco and wall paintings added the perfect touch and ambiance. We tried several different dishes. And shared amongst each other. Every bit of the food was delicious! We didn't realize how large the portions were until after we received our food. Their sliders were normal size burgers. The waitress we had was phenomenal!! If I ever go back to Michigan again, I'll definitely be stopping back in.

Amazing restaurant! Attention to detail is the name of the game here. Really enjoyed the cheddar broccoli soup. The dynamite shrimp were different but the unsung hero was the arugula covered in a balsamic vinaigrette. The sliders were good and the fries didn't disappoint.

By far my favorite restaurant to dine at! The menu is spectacular! Everything is made to order, nothing is frozen! Drinks are amazing, I highly recommend their “off menu” buffalo chicken egg rolls, the brisket nachos, and their tacos!! My mom’s personal favorite are the sliders. Their Mac n cheese is definitely super cheesy and full of flavor! I’ve never had a bad experience or dish at this restaurant.

Great place to eat, very friendly staff and the food was amazing. The menu is kind of weird to me, anything is either a main dish or an appetizer. Very well-made meals and great prices. Will for sure be back again, Ruben rolls are highly recommended..

This is one of the best restaurants in metro Detroit. Great owner who actually loves the food he produces. Great staff as well. From top to bottom I love this place have been going here 10 + years. Highly recommend for anyone to come here. Hell what do I know though?

Favorite restaurant in the area!!! Phenomenal food for a fair price, amazing staff with great recommendations for the "perfect first bite". Large portions so I've always had left overs to take home. Favorite item was probably the Buffalo chicken egg rolls. I've eaten here for lunch every day this week and haven't had a single bad thing yet.

This place has completely changed. It's really elegant, and the waitstaff is incredible! They are very knowledgeable about their menu and gave great recommendations. Will most definitely be back!

Avenue American Bistro is a great restaurant! The food and service are amazing. We received an order of complimentary house chips (see photo) that were super tasty before ordering our meal. I highly recommend you visit them if you haven’t already.

If you ever have a delayed flight from Detroit (like I did) or even if you don't - go here! The food was incredible! I got the French Onion Soup, Fire Cracker Shrimp and Brisket Tacos! I wish I could have ordered the whole menu! You won't regret making this a priority stop!

Stopped in for a quick lunch before catching a plane to Vegas. High quality amazing food that is very uniquely prepared. Swanky clean business with nice bathrooms and friendly service. What a dynamite gem. Will definitely be back.
