Leslie Branham Fitness

I have been working with Leslie weekly since October of 2017. She was recommended to me by 2 of my friends who are also her clients. It's now June of 2018, and I am down 40 lbs., the chronic pain and soreness that plagued my days and nights is gone, I am strong, I feel REALLY healthy, and I can do things I never imagined I would be doing just 1 year ago, like skiing black diamonds with my crazy brother in Aspen. My body, mind and spirit have all benefitted from my time with Leslie and I could have not done these things without her. Another example: I am now regularly running for the first time in my life, and I enjoy it!

The best part is that Leslie does not push you beyond your comfort zone, so doing all of this felt pretty easy. She just asks that you make small progressions every week, become more conscious of your choices, and over time, these things have a huge impact. I look forward to my weekly visits with Leslie for many reasons besides the great results I get from working with her. She is brilliant, fun, and caring. I definitely recommend Leslie at Equipt Fitness!
