I recently had my roof replaced and the project went smoothly from start to finish. Rob did an exceptional job presenting various options and identifying damaged areas that needed attention. He also took care of some additional repair items that was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided and the quality of workmanship. I highly recommend using Quarve Contracting! They are super professional and thorough with their consultation regarding the project. I was shown pictures of any issues the consultant thought could be potential problems. He explained the whole project to me and gave me pros and cons regarding types of roofing material. The project supervisor came by the day before the roofing job started to inspect and look for issues. He was super helpful and offered to get us the paint to pre-paint the siding pieces they needed to install. That saved me from climbing up to the roof to paint the replacement pieces after the fact! The workers on the day of the project were careful to cover my walls and landscaping to protect them from any of the roofing materials and other construction debris. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Of course the newly installed roof looks great! I would not hesitate to hire Quarve again for any future projects.

From start to finish working with Andrew and Rob was great. Both were knowledgeable about the products and care about helping g the customer make the best choice for their home. Andrew was extremely helpful and patient during the sale. The crew that did the install was fast and professional. Quarve Contracting did an excellent job reroofing our home, installing new skylights and other smaller improvements. They were patient and persistent in dealing with our insurance company which was reluctant to approve our claim for weather related roof damage. We had some work delays, but Quarve regularly kept us informed of the job status. All of their work was very professional. We have no reservations in giving Quarve a high recommendation.

Quarve Construction has done an outstanding job of replacing my roof on two separate occasions. The first occasion was replacing a very old roof back in 1999, at which time we also replaced siding and window trim wraps. My most recent experience was a roof replacement on the same house this last Fall 2023, a result of the May 2022 hail storm that caused considerable damage in the Como Park area of St Paul. Quarve’s customer service has consistently been exemplary. I’m an engineer, so I greatly appreciate Quarve’s attention to detail. They are very innovative, and suggest items that might improve ventilation in my house or attic, etc. They never put any pressure on you, are always friendly, and I would use them again if we have another severe hailstorm!!!!

Small leak inside home. Needed an assessment of what the problem is. Called and made an appointment and was met with Rob the next day. Rob was very professional. Asked us a few questions. Looked at a few areas. Was able to determine what the problem was. He was very helpful! 👍

I used Quarve to replace the siding of my house, a few doors, and two windows of the garage. Overall very happy with the work. There was an issue with two doors initially but they promptly fixed it as work continued. The team is easy to work with from initial contact through completion. I would recommend them.

Quarve removed our stucco siding and replaced it with LP2 primed siding. We got quotes from bigger firms that advertise a lot and Quarve had the best price. They did a great job, finished on time and on budget.

Quarve Contacting is our contractor of choice. They have managed 4 projects for us over the last six years. Anything that could be updated on our exterior has been completed. This includes both metal (installed for our solar panels) and asphalt roof, windows and doors, steel siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They worked directly with our insurance company as necessary and completed all warranty registrations. The quality of work and professionalism was consistent over the course of these projects. Last summer I contracted Quarve to re-side my house, repair damaged facia and replace a garage utility door. They did an excellent job. From the original meeting with Rob where we discussed the work to be done to the final check out.
This spring, after a particularly snowy winter, one section of my gutters where the facia was replaced, had a gutter hook come loose and Quarve sent out someone to fix the problem - no questions asked.

Quarve did a wonderful job and we now have a beautiful metal roof that will last through our lifetime. When we had questions or concerns Quarve responded quickly. They were able to finish our roof through a couple of snow storms and slippery conditions.

Quarve was fantastic to work with. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. Project manager Toby was quick to respond and was able to solve any strange issues that came up when dealing with my 120 year old home. When searching for contract companies I chose Quarve because they were responsive, they seemed excited about the potential of my project, had ideas on how to make things even better, they had a competitive price, and as a sole female homeowner they did not tell me I needed to have the man of the house sign off on things (which other companies actually told me). Overall a surprisingly smooth experience, I recommend them to family and friends. Will be using them for all projects in the future.

Last year's snow slide took off a roof vent twice. Quarve came out twice and replaced the vent twice, but winter prevented moving the vent. They did so this summer. We appreciated all their effort to solve the problem. They were very professional and experienced.

We have now used Quarve for three contracting jobs( siding, roofing, and new doors). They are responsive, helpful and professional. We have been incredibly satisfied with all of the projects they have done. I highly recommend Quarve.

Hired Quarve for seamless steel siding and new front door install. Also, they changed out our downspouts. Rob, the owner, was great to work with throughout the process.
