After a great experience working with Casey to purchase our home, we were excited to work with her again this year on purchasing a piece of land. Casey was totally calm, cool and collected in helping us navigate the negotiation process. She was also very helpful in following up with the City of Duluth on some questions we had about utility connections and kept us on track with the contingencies in our purchase agreement. Honestly selling and buying a house is a very stressful process. Casey worked very hard to simplify the process as much a possible. Casey organized the paperwork in such a way that offers were easy to understand. Casey and her amazing work mate Amanda did showings, helped get things ready for pictures, communicated flawlessly with realtors, inspectors, banks and any other necessary entity. Starting this process I wasn't sure what made a realtor a "good realtor" now I can say with out a doubt it's communication, staying calm in any situation, bringing quality listing and persistence. I enjoyed buying property with Casey so much I ended up doing it twice...

I was looking for some land to build a super efficient residential unit or duplex for both family use and rental income. Ideally I wanted something in Duluth or along the North Shore. My budget was small and I was not looking to build anything too quickly. Casey helped me get an urban infill lot in Silver Bay very close to the Superior Hiking Trail.

Because Casey knew what I was looking for she actually contacted me about another property that came up for sale in Duluth. While I was not looking for another property, this one was exceptional. Casey helped me put together a competitive bid and we won bidding. This was an exceptional and rare property, and was only on the market for a week.
