Tyniesha was so comfortable to work with. We paid off my car and got a check cut to pay off my credit card. The loan process was easy, my low interest was a relief and a surprise! Saving almost $300 a month because of this loan. She’s very friendly and informative I’m so grateful I chose Genisys in Roseville!

As a longtime member (when it was USA Federal), and having had other banks I can assure you Genisys is the best CU in the Twin Cities. Excellent, personal white-glove treatment if needed, convenient banking options. I was able to get cash while living in Hawaii without fee's and maintain my bank relationship with Genisys. Branch manager in Roseville is an exceptional human being who helped solve a very challenging problem for me.

We had a great experience at the Genisys Credit Union Roseville branch recently. We were greeted right away when we walked in, branch manager Kirk went above & beyond in taking care of us and ensuring our transasactions went smooth and all our questions answered. Team member Tyniesha was also very helpful for us, and overall we were really impressed with how friendly & knowledgeable Kirk, Tyniesha, and the rest of his team at the Roseville branch are. We will definitely be doing business again with Genisys CU in the future.

We encountered a problem with our loan which resulted in them accidentally adding INSURANCE on a car loan that was fully insured. Matt was very helpful, They worked to get the insurance removed and restored our loan to its original amount. Everyone here is great to work with, and love there new location.

Thanks to Sasha and her team member for making my transaction smooth! I was selling my car and had to pay off the loan for it so I called in and spoke with Sasha, I asked if she can send me the 10 day payout document and took her 2min to get it emailed to me. Once I got to the location, the buyer gave them a check and done deal. Thank you guys! Everybody was super friendly!

I’ve been a member for about a year now. During that time I’ve maintained a checking account and auto loan. They beat my dealer rate by 4% which was awesome. The few times I’ve had to go into the physical Roseville branch I’ve had a good experience. Would definitely recommend to those looking to join a credit union!

I have recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Daja W. from the Roseville branch when I was trying to purchase a new car. Not only did I have so many questions that she answered back over email (my preferred communication choice) almost immediately. She also checked in on me the days I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I truly felt that she went above and beyond to recognize the stress I was under while continuing to offer the guidance I needed. I have been with Genisys for over 10 years now. I have always been happy with what I have done but my interactions with Daja have really made me feel even more grateful to work with them.

Have used them for a little over two years now. Have had nothing but great experiences on the three loans I have gotten through this branch. My go to for car loans, personal loans etc. Kim has been nothing but Great to work with on all of my loans. Talia the manager has been very helpful the few times I have talked to her as well. We have been members for almost 20 yrs and have never experienced any rudeness or had any problems. Employees have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I sometimes think people are much quicker to post a bad review than a good one, giving a business a skewed rating. So my review is to let others know this is a very well-run business.
