Denny's Ace Hardware

Great service, Michael!! I brought 2 window screens that looked beyond repair and he went over and above what they needed to do. He MacGyvered the corners that were deteriorated on the original screens and put new tabs on also. Denny's is the best. Highly recommend them for all your screen and glass repair.

My boyfriend and I went there earlier today! All the employees were so genuinely nice and helpful! A special thank you to an older gentleman (I didn’t get his name) helped us out above and beyond, he was very knowledgeable and guided us to exactly what we needed. He even taught us some extremely helpful tips, as we don’t know much about tools! 10/10 service :)

Denny's is a highly organized ACE Hardware with very knowledgable and friendly employees. You will know exactly what I mean the moment you walk through the door! Their prices are also excellent. I frequently visit this store before surveillance camera and security system installations.

I went there to get a hex screw and washer for my front license plate because it only had one. Not only did the nice worker take the old one off to make sure I got the right size, he put both of them on for me. That is what I call exceptional customer service, true meaning of going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hardware store.

I placed an online order on a Saturday at 5:05pm, I arrived at Denny’s at 5:20pm (keep in mind they close at 5:30pm and they had a line of customers inside). They not only grabbed my order within minutes, the whole staff was INCREDIBLY nice!!!! It’s shops like this that make the world a better place. Thank you!

This is a wonderful store! As soon as I enter the store oh, a clerk asked if I need any help. And I always need the help because I don't know where things are. They are so friendly here and it is absolutely the cleanest story I have ever been in!

I don’t know what I’d do without Denny’s. It’s rare they don’t have what I need, and I don’t have to buy a 3-pack of something when I need just one of an item. The staff is great and helpful. It’s a real hardware store - and if I need to explain to you that means, you need to visit Denny’s.

Remarkable customer service. You are always greeted with a smile and a "May I help you find something." It always amazes me that they have just about anything you're looking for. May be a little more expensive then big box but the location and customer service is worth every penny. Try getting that at the big box!

Great service and very helpful, finding a knowledgeable person to help with questions is always quick and easy. I always prefer hardware stores such as this over the big box stores. They are a great example of good business and customer service.

IT sure does pay to shop locally. Went to Dennys Ace Hardware store & Mark spent some quality time with me while, I explained my Sump Pump dieing & explained to me exactly what I needed. He not only showed me what I needed but recommended a great plumber ,called him & he was at my house within a half hour. I'm a Senior & thought I'd have to do this myself, but Thanks to Mark, everything went quickly & smoothly. Prices are a little higher than most hardware stores but the customer service and attentiveness is excellent.

I have been going here for years as the store is only minutes away for me. The staff is always so helpful. They take me to what I'm looking for. I always walk away feeling good!

Home Depot, Menards, Tru Value. All sell hardware. Home Depot and Menards sell carpeting, appliances, lumber, roofing, and so on. Rarely do these two stores have an associate who is a "Jack of all departments". TruValue is somewhat larger than Ace but on the same par. As to why I appreciate Ace they know you, they can answer your questions and they are down home. I'll pick Ace over the other three anyday. Thanks Denny's.

Was referred to go to Denny's to check out their Weber gas grills... I wasn't disappointed at all... People were fantastic and within minutes I had steaks on the grill!!! Would recommend them to anyone!
