Blaze Credit Union - Roseville South

I visited today and went inside. I was helped by a teller named Will. The long story short is my name was spelt wrong on my card and I needed to update it to be accurate. Will made it easy to get it fixed by doing a name change on my account. I was also able to get a new card the same day. Will was helpful, kind, and made the process as quick as he could. I would definitely come back to this location for future assistance if issues with my account arose.

I have always had a great experience at Spire (now Blaze). Everyone has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Lexi was incredible today and I cannot thank her enough for her help! She made my week! Highly recommend!

Obi is a fantastic person to work with that helped me make a smooth transaction. It was my first time at this location since it turned into Blaze and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will be coming in here again with all my banking needs.

I've banked with Spire for several years now and I always get great service. Today in particular, I called the Roseville location to see if I could get a document I needed for my home purchase closing which was approaching quickly! I spoke to Candy who was not only very helpful and got me exactly what I needed, but was cheerful and fun to talk to as well! Spire is awesome!

Highly recommend using this branch. Scarlette has made banking, opening accounts and helping me understand everything I need, easy going and professional! The tellers have also been great!

I’ve been banking with this location for about 4 years now and previously tcf and us bank but spires been hands down the best, I’ve never had an issue with anything and the staffs always super friendly it seems like every time I go I end up getting Jacob as my teller and he’s probably the nicest teller I’ve worked with since going there.

Overall great bank.

Honestly the best banking experience I could have asked for. Thank you so much Tom and Kim!!! Initially gave me an auto loan at best rate I could find. Then helped me refinance my loan when my situation changed with an unbelievable rate. This bank actually cares about saving you money and takes the time to find you the best options available. Very happy!!

This branch is so fabulous! The company I work for banks here and they are just super kind, understanding, and helpful! Ari in particular is such a fantastic and friendly person to work with; she has been very patient and helpful with what I have thrown her way.

I've been banking with Spire for ten years now. They always have short wait times and friendly faces, and calling their customer service lines will get you connected to a real human without jumping through hurdles. I've even got my car financed through them now because I got a killer deal for being a member. Break up with your bank and join a credit union that cares about you.

Shout out to Phillip for taking good care of me. For opening my first ever account. Very knowledgeable and kind.

For the first time ever, I get to say this word. Spire credit union gets a superior rating from me. Spire looks out for the little guy AND girl. Spire called me on a debit that shouldn't happen. I was able to dispute the debit and will hopefully get credit back to my account. It was only a small amount but it matters to me. Thank you spire for calling me and noticing the unauthorized debit.

My husband & I have had chkg/svgs accounts there (and more recently, 2 loans) for almost 20 years. SPIRE is a very good credit union that has 'rules' & 'fees' like other banks do - so ask about them before opening an acct & follow them! (P.S. I don't recall the last time we've had to pay a 'fee' there.)

I've used them for 2 car loans (you must be a member to get a loan; I opened a savings acct with just $10). They had better rates than the big banks. I was able to get pre approved over the phone and just come in to sign the paperwork and pick up a check. It was a very smooth, hassle free process.

A friend recommended SPIRE to me when I first moved to the Twin Cities and was having a hard time finding a bank that didn't require a minimum balance level (i.e. If your bank account drops below $500 you're fined). SPIRE has no such penalty AND they gave me $100 just for opening a checking account.

Then they gave me a loan of a couple grand to buy a tablet for school and work. Even though my credit rating had taken a hit recently from hard credit checks, they looked at my payment history from past loans and considered all of my information, instead of just rejecting my loan application based on credit score alone.

Then, when my debit card info was stolen and my bank account drained, they replaced all my money without hassle the same day I went in to talk to them about it.

Then, when my mother needed a cashier's check to buy a used car from someone, and her bank was five hours away, they helped her out even though she doesn't have an account with them.

I've used credit unions for my entire life and will never use a huge bank like Wells Fargo. I listen to my friends complain about outrageous fees and I'm glad I have a credit union.

I've been banking here for years. Very professional staff. Always helpful and courteous.

I always have such a good experience when I go in with the customer service. A couple times I've had people deposit money into my account for me with no issues. I'm happy with their service so far!

Jeff Lenz at the Roseville location on 1/26 was a rockstar. Literally best experience I’ve ever had. I came in on a Saturday with an obviously overly needy request and he did his job so well and got me out the door beating all my expectations with how the situation would go. Truly phenomenal at his job. Give him a raise.
