Miller Trunk Veterinary Clinic

I have been using this clinic for a very long time. I cannot praise enough the kindness of staff, their professionalism and very affordable care. I have tried Cloquet vet clinic in the years past, charges are not affordable for majority of population. My "geriatric" cat of 18 years old gets the best care at Miller Trunk Vet Clinic. I would not use any others even if I could. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is a practice that emphasis compassion, patience and a keen understanding to kitties who just do not want to be at the vet office. Thank you to Dr. Shirley, Nicole and Jake for their care with our fur babies.

We have taken all our animals there. Very caring of our dogs thru every stage of their lives. I trust the recommendations they give without pushing unneeded treatments.

My name is Robbie...its been a while since I been here. I moved out of MN. But this pet clinic is the best I ever been too. The Dr. found things wrong with Scooby-Doo, my previous pet clinic hadn't after years of going there. If you care about your animal at a reasonable price, this clinic is a must. If it wasn't true, I wouldn't say so! Make appointment early because he gets busy

We couldn't be happier or more impressed with Dr. Shirley, Nicole and Jake. They are so kind, compassionate, and perfect for caring for animals. I would recommend Miller Trunk Vet, 100x over, I know our dogs are treated with love and want what is best for the well being of all of the animals they see. They are so reasonably priced and don't try to upsell unnecessary things like our old vet did to us. Our dog had major surgery on both of her legs and Dr.
Shirley came to our house on a Saturday, to take the wraps off her legs, at no additional cost. I was floored at this act of kindness, we didn't have to load her up into the truck and take her into the cold. Truly a sweet gesture that I will not forget. Thank you Miller Trunk Vet staff for all that you do! You really make a difference!! :)

Best vet around. Very caring doctor and staff. We've been a customer forever, since Dr. Mike Shirley started there and even before then. They genuinely care about our companions and us. Mike and his staff have a very great service for your pets and great considerations to their humans! Our trip there today was the last for our Bailey. But they treated her very well and were very compassionate.

Dr Shirley has been my kennels vet of choice for over 15 years. He is conscientious, kind, considerate and very fair with his prices. My animals love him and his staff.

Miller Trunk Vet Clinic has been amazing. Dr. Shirley and every single vet tech are genuinely caring and interested in each animal's care and health. We have brought our dogs here for several years now and they know us by name! And they're affordable too. If you have any issues they go out of their way to fix it and take the time to answer every question you might have.

Have been taking our dogs to Dr Shirley for quite a few years now & wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Shirley & his entire staff are kind, compassionate & very clearly care for the animals in their care. I appreciate Docs straightforward approach & honest guidance with difficult situations.

I have brought all of my animals to Miller Trunk Vet for many years. I have had nothing but the best care at this clinic. Dr. Shirley goes above and beyond for each one of my pets needs. His staff is also amazing and helpful every time we go there.I would highly recommend this Veterinary hospital to anyone I know. My new little cattle dog is getting spayed there next month and I have all the confidence that she will be in good hands through her surgery.

They are wonderful, gentle, compassionate folks. They helped in sending my dog to a better place. And are currently caring for our other 2. The animals are excited to see them when they go in. Pretty fortunate to have such a team. I'm so grateful.

5/5 We have been going here for about 5 years now. ZERO ISSUES, Amazing vet. They even give you free supplies/cages if they have any on-hand. Also pretty lenient with timeslots and any questions over the phone they answer. Overall, you can't ask for more in a Vet.

I called in the morning to see about brave to. We had never been there before. They told us to be there by 3:15, got us in right away and out just as fast. Very nice to my pup and to us.

Dr. Mike is a cool quirky guy. We like him. Good, affordable pet care 👍.

I brought our cat Herman in for Mike to look at. Herman had been throwing up almost every day. Mike put Herman on Prednisone after blood tests were done. Herman as irritable bowel syndrome. He as been doing much better. So thankful for the getting the right answer.
