Citi has been a challenging bank to work with on account of how hard it is to get support on the phone. However, their online interfaces are fairly good.

Does this place have an atm?

Worst bank ever., you can’t get hold of anyone, and if you do, it will be some lady who lives offshore and have no clue what the hell she’s talking about.

Citigroup treats people like garbage.
They put a mark on my Equifax listing for a Home Depot credit card, that I did not apply for.

I have no way to reach them because I do not have, nor do I want, a citibank credit card. I can not get through to them by website or phone, to correct the problem. This is having a negative affect on my credit that they had no reason to interfere with.

Home Depot harrasses customers through the mail with there credit card promotions. It looks like I will have to sue Citigroup to get their attention. I strongly recommend that no one take out any credit card form Citibank or any company that uses Citigroup!

TERRIBLE Customer Service!!!! Citi closed my online savings account without my knowledge. Now they have my $xx,000 and will not return it to me. Everytime I call they forward me to the fraud dept and then the fraud dept hangs up on me... EVERY...SINGLE... TIME!!!! They refuse to help me. Still waiting for my $$!! It's been 6 weeks now since they closed my account. Looking into attorneys to help. I am closing all other accounts with Citi and have recommended to many other people to do the same.

Horrible!! Customer service asked me for my full social security number and my full bank account number for the bank that I pay my Citi Bank credit card with. I also had to provide my full name, address, cell phone number, birthdate and by the time all was done it felt like they wanted me to sacrifice my soul for a stupid credit card.

Wanted to open a savings account and after a month of waiting wiith no response I called and they were waiting on a document and then another month goes by have to call again and they closed the applicaiton with zero communication. Horrible customer service no matter the rate or benefit dealing woih them is so not worth it!

Hope your stock prices continue to tank and you get your asses sued off for trying to use policy to limit the constitutional rights of those you do business with.
