I brought my car here because I live so close, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. They are very thorough when inspecting your vehicle, sharing photos and information via text which is very convenient. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained issues to me over the phone so I understood what was going on. They even replaced some of my lights at no cost, and washed my car before I picked it up!

I have struggled with a place that I trust with my car for a long time, and I’ve finally found it! I’ve brought my car in a few times now and I have always felt that I am informed and have been offered fair pricing. Great customer service as well, last time I was in Shelby was extremely helpful. I highly recommend coming here!

I would highly recommend! They gave exact details of what was all wrong with my vehicle, offered to take me out to their shop to show me what was all wrong, and even followed up with me the next day asking if everything was okay and if I was satisfied with the service. I have never had a shop call me the next day with a follow-up! I will be a returning customer for any future needs! Thank you!

I stopped at Village Autoworks late in the day frustrated with my car constantly having to be jumped being told the battery was ok by another service. Received prompt help and given a loaner courtesy car so I could leave my car overnight for a proper diagnosis . It was checked out and fixed. Excellent service and good management. Thanks!!!

As well as an oil change, this service shop assessed my aged car thoroughly for needed maintenance & repairs. Safety issurs were listed according to priority and sound recommendations suggested. Going forward I will make decisions best for my safety and budget. I highly recommend this service .

02/27 Service:
Another oil change and complimentary inspection, they honored the discount mailer price for the full synthetic oil change even though I didn’t have the mailer with me. They’re very thorough with the inspection and give you all the options to address any potential issue with your car and the quote to fix it, and arm you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. Still super happy with Village Auto, always coming back.

Excellent service and they not only have loaner cars but warranty their work - and I can attest that even years later they fix the systems they warranty without any waffling and at no charge, even in a big job. Always courteous and professional. Amazing! Thanks, Village!

At 100k miles I needed an overall checkup and routine maintenance done on and my car is now running like new again ! Great use of technology to keep me updated and the work was completed efficiently. Also, corrected an issue caused by the air filter being removed and not being replaced correctly.

Great place. I stopped changing my own oil and I have been getting my oil changed in all my vehicles here for a few years. No one can beat their $19.99 oil change deal. They are friendly at the counter and easy to schedule and appointment with. It only takes 30-40 minutes to change the oil so I usually wait in their clean, comfortable lobby. I watch TV and a enjoy the complementary coffee from the Kurig machine. They will always inspect the vehicle and recommend additional services as you would expect from any shop. However, I appreciate that they don’t continually nag you if you decline the recommendations.

Great crew of guys over there. They were honest with pricing and when when they did an inspection on my car. They went above and beyond customer satisfaction.

I have used the shop in Roseville for my car as well as my son’s car for the last 8 years. I cannot recommend this business enough! From the service to the communication of what is happening to the cost . Great place - thank you Village Autoworks!

I worked here for 1 and 1/2 years and I had my vehicle serviced here as well as a couple of family vehicles. Great people, great service, and lots of nice added benefits for "normal customers" like the loaner cars. Jeff and Steve are great people as well as the people in back. 10/10 would recommend to get your vehicles serviced here, if not for the experience, at a minimum for the 5 year/50k mile warranty. Also what's up Jeff, I know you're reading this! (Or maybe Calvin)

The staff (Steve) Was very nice attentive and accommodating i needed a battery install in my Audi Q7 they started on my car immediately had the battery ordered and delivered in a very quick manner had it installed within a hour with having to remove my entire driver seat to get to the battery and offered me hot chocolate while i waited the pricing for the service was also within means for my type of vehicle overall i had a great experience

They were knowledgeable, thorough and proactive. I felt confident in the services they provided, knew exactly what to expect AND I know what maintenance needs to be completed in the near future - no surprises. They did not pressure me to add other services or repairs and were honest with me about what my vehicle needs done and when.

Village Auto does a great job with the standard maintenance of my Honda minivan. They let me know if there's any upcoming work that needs to be done with out any extra unneeded things. They also fixed a leaky tire that another unnamed tire company said "couldn't be fixed and I'd need a new tire". I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion!

Big thanks to the team here at Village Auto- they were able to get my car in next day to diagnose it at a super fair price and the diagnostic is so thorough with pictures and one on one review. So appreciate the detail and thoroughness. They might be a bit more expensive than other places but I think it’s worth the quality of care.

I discovered this shop a few years ago. As always, professional excellent customer service. Spoke about what was done, recommended services and listened to my concerns and comments.
