Ashley Erickson has made everything easy whether it's understanding rates and rate changes, changing addresses on my insurance, or sending needed documentation for switching vehicles. Not only does she make it easy for me as a customer, but her response times are always fast which can be a big stress reliever in these situations.

Young & Associates has insured me (cars, homes, lake homes, boats, etc.) for several decades. They do an excellent job of explaining coverage options, scouring the market for the best deals, and responding quickly to questions/needs/concerns. I've had a few complicated claims through the years, and they've been there for whatever help I need.

One additional thought not specific to them: the advantage of an independent agency is that they carry several insurers. If you go to a State Farm, Allstate, or similar agent, they can only insure you with that particular insurer, who may or may not be the most appropriate to you specific needs.

This company is dedicated to providing their customers with the best available insurance. They are willing to answer customer questions, and make recommendations based on their customers individual situation.

I have been a customer both as a business operator and as an individual for over 30 years without a single complaint.
