I want to thank Jim and all the people who just worked on my Nissan Altima and installed my Hub Centric rings on my aftermarket rims - long story short- the place I went previously where I got my rims never installed Hub centric rings which made my car vibrate - i went there 3 times just to have them find out that I needed them - I didn't trust the shop anymore - was recommended to come to Norm's and the same day I got them all taken care of in less than 1 hr. Jim showed me kindness and respect as well as their whole team! I will be going to them from now on - and hope others do too!

I had a bolt in my front tire and needed get it replaced immediately. Friends recommended norms, so I called and set up an appointment for the same day. They got me right in within a few hours and I replaced 4 tires and got an oil change. They were very professional and understanding of my time restraints and had it finished in a couple hours. I was pleased. I'll definitely be coming back.

I was in a pinch after running into some issues at another shop and given some information that didn’t sit right. Nolan listened to what was going on and gave me some great insight over the phone. I brought my car in spoke further with Nolan, and Mycoal took a peek. They were able to accurately diagnose the issue and get it taken care of in a timely manner. I am very pleased with they’re speed and professionalism.

Picked up a screw on my way to work and stopped in for a repair, they got me in and out in 40 minutes and I didn't have an appointment. Great place.

I replaced the upper & lower ball joints and tie rod ends on my pickup and brought it to these guys- hoping to correct camber, caster, and toe. After only a few shop hours they had it finished, and my truck rides remarkably better. I really appreciate their can-do attitude and quick turnaround time, given the unique modifications my vehicle has.

I needed new tires desperately because my tires were summer tires. I was driving on the freeway and my car was slidding out of control. I called and ask around and spoke to Nolan who works at Norm’s. He was very professional and nice, he told me the wait time would be 4-5 hours to get new tires install. I told him I have a toddler, I cannot wait that long. He than offer to lend me a car so I can drive home. I dropped off my car, they called about 4 hours later saying my car was done. I came to pick up my car and return their car. Nolan and his team went out of their way to accommodate me with a car to drive home. I love the service they have provided and would recommend them to anyone who have problems with their tires. Thank you Nolan and your team for making it so pleasant and affordable for me to get new tires installed.

Really friendly service!! That alone would make me come back. So hard to find these days. Linda was such a sweat heart. Fair price I felt for what they did and they were really patient with my questions as I tried to understand what was wrong with my tires.

Just before a cross country move, we noticed a screw embedded in a tire.
I brought it to Norms based on Google reviews.
They pulled the screw, performed a soap test in the lot. It looked ok but to be on the safe side, they wanted to perform a dunk test. The test showed no puncture.
The refused to take any payment.
This is a business you can trust. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Super fast service, they quoted me $85 and gave me everything for $79 out the door! Honest service advisors, great techs, and a really nice waiting room! I blew out a tire after hitting a pot hole. Norms fixed my tire so fast it was amazing! I was in and out in under 30 minutes without an appointment! I will be back for sure! If you need used or new tires....go to NORMS!!

Norm’s put on the exact tires I wanted, and were very fast. I was in and out in an hour.

I had the best experience at Norm's. I had a blowout this summer and needed a used tire to get me by before I sold my car. Norm's had a great tire and changed it incredibly fast. The waiting room is very comfortable as well.

They got my tire on in no time and I was on my way. The price was quite reasonable too.

A few weeks later I noticed the tire was losing a little pressure so I filled it with air and checked it a few days later. It had a slow leak so I took it back to Norm's. They guarantee all their used tires for 30 days. I went in 33 days later but they still took care of it at no charge. They even cleaned up the rim where they saw some corrosion.

I was in and out in under an hour and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I will definitely go back whether it is for more used tires or for a full set of new ones.

I really enjoy buying my tires and having my car serviced at Norm's. Family-owned, friendly team, speedy service, reasonable prices. My windshield wipers were torn up when I had my brakes replaced. I said "oh yeah, I have new ones, just haven't put them on." They laughed, and then put them on for me. Nice to see the same people every time I go in, and to trust that I won't be swindled.
