They were constantly checking on the status and quality of the work being done, great with communicating the status and any changes that had to be made, and the quality of the finished project was fantastic! After working with Lifetime builders on numerous projects on our house over the past few years, we hired them again to build an addition to our two car garage. The process was easy and the workmanship was excellent. We now have a beautiful four car garage and I could not be more happy with the end result.

Last summer we had a hail storm that damaged our roof, siding, and a few windows. We were lucky enough to find Sergey with Lifetime Builders and I am so grateful we did. Our insurance agreed to pay for the roof but they did not want to pay for the siding or windows. With Sergey's help we finally got the insurance to pay for the damaged siding and windows. Sergey did not give up and I am so grateful for that. Lifetime Builders completely transformed our home and it looks absolutely amazing. They did a new roof, siding, windows, doors and gutters. The quality of the work is outstanding and our 1950's home looks brand new. I highly recommend Lifetime Builders.

This team is awesome, so polite and experienced. Whenever they found something while doing there work, they brought it to our attention and gave us the options for us tot decide. There was a lot of bad things found thanks to the original builders whom are not out of business. For all that needed to be done, it was done in a very timely manner. My house looks wonderful and love the work they did! I also have to say that over the years I have had a lot of crews on house renovations and this crew was one of the best at cleaning up after finishing the project!

I worked with Lifetime and its owner Sergey Tkach. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend the company. If you're like me, with a large national insurance company, the process can be a challenge. You must understand that the insurance company has a simple motivation: to minimize their payout as much as possible while not losing you as a customer altogether. Despite what they tell you, the insurance company and their adjusters are not in business to pay out claims if they don't have to. I was a customer for over 30 years with very few claims. When the adjuster comes out, you need a roofing professional to discuss the damage with them and point out the things the adjuster can conveniently overlook. I got multiple bids on my project and am very happy that I used Sergey and Lifetime Builders. They are a local, family owned company. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the quality is first rate. Sergey dealt with the insurance company directly and always responded immediately to telephone and text messages. I've lived in Plymouth for over 30 years and I would use them again without any hesitation.

From initial project review meeting to final inspection, they were available for questions, on hand and onsite for and with their crew during the entire project, and their crew was spectacular! Arriving early and staying late, the crew cleaned up throughout the project and again at the end of every day. They were respectful of my property in ways that words can’t describe, and treated me as if I was “family”.
They believe that there is only one way to do a project, “the right way”, were compliant with code, used only top of the line materials, and were professional beyond belief. The city inspector was extraordinarily impressed with the final product and told me that they went “above and beyond”!

My wife and I worked with LifeTime Builders to fix our roof after a bad wind storm damaged to our house in summer 2023. The entire team was committed, knowledgeable and helpful, and the process was smooth and efficient.
The entire crew attention to detail was spectacular while assessing the damage and supporting us to properly file insurance claim. All the required work (roof restoration, gutters installation and exterior house painting) were executed efficiently with highest standard of quality!

My wife and I noticed a leak in our ceiling in our upstairs bathroom and were worried about our roof after it was getting worse during rainfall. We called Lifetime Builders for a free consultation and quote, and to see if perhaps some of the summer storms had caused the damage. Sergey came to our house to check out the damage both exterior and interior, and we set an appointment for Mike and Sergey to return to meet with the insurance adjuster so they could help us work with our insurance company to ensure that the entire roof was covered. The adjuster found evidence of severe weather damage to the roof, and Lifetime Builders placed me on the schedule for installation for the very next week.
The crew arrived early on the day they were scheduled. The men were very friendly, and they worked hard all day. The first day, they did most of the removal of the old roof and installed weatherproofing for the new one. They did a phenomenal job on clean-up after the demo day, and they came back first thing the next morning and installed the new roof all within the second day. The workers left my yard looking just as good or better than before once finished with final cleanup.
We had a new roof within 2 weeks of calling Lifetime Builders, and Lifetime Builders helped us work with our insurance company to ensure that every expense except our deductible was covered and paid for. They even helped with organizing the repair of the drywall ceiling inside. We could not be happier with our new roof and new ceiling in the bathroom.
