I had an airbag recall and set up the appt to drop my car off. I received a call to let me
Know this is now a quick mobile service for this particular issue as they could come out to my house and asked if I’d like to change the appt to the mobile service. This was great so I could continue to work during the time is the service. They communicated well on when they were coming, what they would do and was done in 10 minutes. It was
No interruption to my work day nor did it cause any inconveniences to find someone to come with when I dropped off /picked up my vehicle etc! Tech was super friendly as well!

Arrived at Appointment time and was greeted within seconds. Service representative had me on the schedule and was in the waiting room within minutes. Service went well and was out within 2 hours. Fixed tire and rim that I was having issues with. Great job.

We came in for the recall on the 360 degree camera. We met with Taylor Mennenga. He has a great personality and it was great working with him. Enjoyed the conversations and I told him his goods looks was working for him too! He had our car washed after the repairs. He was able to find someone, Bianca, to take us to the shopping center and pick us up since it was going to be a few hours. Bianca was very pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with her also. Thumbs up on the service.

Josh was amazing from the time he greeted me to the time he completed our transaction. He kept me informed throughout by calls and texts. He worked hard to do everything he could to get some of my parts covered by warranty. Thank you, Josh.

Morrie’s continues to be my dealership of choice for my 2019 Raptor. They have helped with a couple complex issues with the truck and I am satisfied that they have my back when it comes to warranty and regular service.

This time around I had a great experience at Morries Minnetonka Ford. I’d had some troubles at this dealership before because the service key for my car was missing after they worked on it. I did not plan to go back to this location but Kristyn Leigh convinced me that things would be better on this occasion. Kristyn did a wonderful job helping me out this time. Adam Thao was polite and accommodating to my needs for my car & services I needed. He and the mechanic saw my wipers needed attention and let me know.
And Peter Bakert my salesman gave me my registration papers. He and Adam were great to help me.

We just moved into the area not too long ago. The Battery decided to have no more juice. We found out our vehicle is very difficult to put a new one in. So I called around. Very expensive and wow the battery was so much. So I called the local dealership, I will be very honest to say my mind was blown when they were the most reasonable. From the time I pulled up to the service department, the nice roll up doors opened rapidly and I pulled into a clean and inviting environment. The service manager greeted me with a welcome and I felt welcomed. I was only there for an oil change and the wait was not long. The waiting area was spacious and had plenty of places to relax or work if you oh needed to. Overall awesome experience!

Very thorough inspection performed during regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Morrie’s service found that my 4 wheel alignment needed adjustment. Improved ride of my vehicle and improved gas mileage. Excellent service and communication.

They also were able to knock out some recalls I thought I would have to come back for. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

I arrived for my appt early. The service area took my car right away. I really like the pull in service for oil changes. After one hour Adam came out and reviewed the work. I had a fog light out and he asked if they should replace it. I said no because I did not have enough time to wait for it. Timely, thorough and polite. Very happy so far.

Great service. My advisor gave me options for repair, kept me up to date on the process, sent a video update once the work on my vehicle was completed. Everyone at this service center was friendly and customer oriented.

Joel was a phenomenal front end manager. I knew that you were shortstaffed that morning, but you wouldn’t know it in the back. People were pleasant and making sure that we understood what was happening. I observed him working with other people, and everybody was quite happy, and we talked amongst each other, commenting about how that one person such as himself, Joe really makes the whole place. He’s an excellent person to have on staff.
