AT&T Store

The guys at this store were amazing. They took care of all the things we needed and also got us out of there in record time! They were able to answer all of our questions, give us quotes and got us an awesome deal so we pay the same amount on our bill but with an added line and two Apple Watches. They are truly the best!

Came in about a month ago and upgraded two of my phones. I have been with At&T for many years and this is by far the best store I’ve worked with. Josh and Zac were great to work with. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I appreciate the assistance provided by the AT&T employee named Jasha Wolfe in facilitating a smooth transfer of my phone to a new carrier, even after I had left the company to join a competitor. Their dedication to customer service was evident, and their support made the transition seamless. He was calm and composed with my difficult situation. I appreciated him saying he was not going to let me leave without getting to the bottom of this His co-worker Josh was also helpful and kind.

My husband and I went in to upgrade phones and worked with Zac and Martrell. They were both great! Helpful, down to earth, and patient. Other customers came in and sat with us as we waited for our phones to transfer data. We all talked about gaming and other sorts. Nice to have positive reactions and good people working with you. I highly recommend this location for phone questions etc.

Was having problems with my service so I decided to stop by to see what's going on. I worked with Zac and honestly the interaction was amazing super knowledgeable really knows his stuff. Changed my plan and I got a new phone. fast, easy and he transferred all my stuff for me im definitely coming here from now on the service is amazing

I got a new phone last week and the service was impeccable, was really surprised with how fast every thing went. I would also like to thank the employees especially Martell I could tell he was new but he did what he could and made it a good experience.

Came in just to find out what my options were I dropped my phone and broke my back glass was greeted by martrell he was super friendly and very professional sat us down found out we had insurance and had us do an insurance claim even took the time to add a discount on to my account and retake my plan to save me some money even though there was no incentive and he wasn’t making any commission off us or anything. Very grateful for the help thank you so much and I would definitely recommend this ATT to anyone who needs any help the customer service is 10/10

I came in to this AT&T today because I was having some issues with my device and when I came in I was greeted right away by the sales person named Josh I told him about my issues and he got right to helping after he fixed my issues very quickly he even made sure that our account was up to date and that we were getting the best deals we can. I was very pleased with him and would highly recommend everyone to come to this location there always very friendly and make everything as easy as possible thank you Shakopee AT&T

I stopped here to ask someone to help me figure out why I’m getting lousy call service from my home. Consistently one bar, rarely ever 5G. Zac took care of me and was very helpful. Whatever he did must’ve worked because I’m sitting on 5G now at home. Appreciate the friendly help!

Went there to buy my son a phone & worked with Josh, he was so helpful in finding us what we were looking for & getting us a great deal! Zach was also working & both of them acknowledged everyone that came in with such a warm greeting! Definitely recommend this store!

Needed some help getting new phone activated I'm kind of a blonde so I was having a little trouble I was greeted by Zac and Josh right when I walked in Zac helped me out while he was working with another customer very professional and a very good multitasker while he activated my new phone we all just talked about games and movies and stuff it was a super enjoyable experience and the customer service is fantastic also really appreciate how he was helping us both at the same time so I didn't have to wait. 10/10 location the people you guys have in this store are awesome

Came into upgrade my phone Zac gave Mr the best service from any phone store I've ever gone to. Helped me pick out my new phone and was very knowledgeable with all the products even did my data transfer paired my watch and helped me pair my phone to my car Bluetooth. ZAC THANK YOU SO MUCH YOUR A LIFE SAVER AND MADE MY NIGHT!!!!

Jasha was absolutely amazing him and Josh set me up with a new phone and watch. I went back to trade in my phone and jasha was working by himself but he gave me 100% of his attention and transfered all my stuff . Great. New management compared to the old manager who was not great. Go see him!

I needed help swapping over a hand-me-down iPhone, turned out to be a few hitches in swapping over. Both Josh and Zach spent some real time and effort helping me.
I appreciate their service; there was no commission opportunity for either of them, and yet they jumped right in, stayed with it until they solved my situation. Thank you gentlemen!

Great customer service! If you stop in make sure to ask for Zach or Josh. They both helped me when I was in buying an IPad. Both are super helpful and fun to talk to.

Zac from Blaine and Josh from Shakopee were amazing! They helped set up a new phone pretty quickly and knew what they were doing! I did have issues with receiving calls and texts the next day, and Josh immediately knew what the issue was and resolved it immediately! I couldn't be more thankful for both of them! :)

Jasha the manager was amazing! He not only took his time with me, I'm older... but he made sure he walked through all my questions and concerned. He transfered all of my phone data and even put on my screen protector. I got a dtv stream and this young man went out of his way to come over and set up all my tvs and even unhooked my old setup and cleaned it.

Can't say enough good things about this ma . He should be thr prime example for all employees and I hope management appreciates him the way I do. Thank you jasha!!!
