Batchelder Pond Trails

I used to walk back there when I was younger. If you follow the river behind the pond, it'll eventually lead to the highway. There's tons of clay in the river and it works great for pottery. You'll have to walk off trail to follow the river, so prepare to walk through thorns and mud.

Relaxing walk/stroll. Small pond for fishing or watching the ducks. Well kept, very little litter. Trails good for 🐕 walking or a rugged stroller. Man-made bridges over little streams. Not a lot of people. Plenty of parking.

Beautiful and quiet walk on a short tail. Lots of ducks in the pond usually.

I've been going a bachelor's pond for the last 2 years! I think it's a great place to take your dog for a walk! People are very respectable towards other people and their dogs!

Excellent place to get away from it all and hear the sounds of nature. Some of the people probably belong on a leash but that's another story.
