From the minute I walked in my salesperson Ryan was very friendly and informative. Guy and Ryan went above and beyond to help me get a hold the car I really wanted 😊. Even though there were shipping issues with my car, Ryan and Guy kept me up-to date day by day. I never expected buying a car to be made so simple and easy. I'm now the happy owner of a 2024 Toyota Corolla! I could not be happier with the car I purchased. I highly recommend Ryan and the sales department of Sunrise North if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have owned about 30 Toyotas over the years. This was the nicest dealership that I have ever purchased from. From the minute I walked in I met with my salesperson Ryan and the General Sales Manager Bruce. Every person working there was very pleasant and made you feel like you knew them for years! I sat with Bruce for quite sometime working on a deal and just having a nice conversation. I absolutely did not think I would be purchasing a vehicle when I walked in. I even said so to Bruce and Ryan. Well several hours later I was the proud new owner of a 2024 sequoia platinum that Bruce was using as a demo. Yup he lost his current ride yesterday!🤣. I highly recommend Ryan, Bruce and the rest of the Sunrise North Toyota team members if you are looking for a new vehicle. Their dealership is about an hour from my house and I will absolutely go back again when I need a new vehicle. I even have a Toyota dealership less than 5 miles from my house!

Ryan, Ben and Bruce were all an absolute joy to work with. I came to the dealership after a total-loss of my previous car and not only did they set me up with a fantastic deal on a new Camry, they also kept me covered with a rental and regular check-ins to see how I was doing while waiting for the new car.

Ryan and Bruce went out of their way to be personable, approachable, and transparent at every step of the purchasing process, and Ben took every action possible to set me up with a great financing option (and really took the time to explain what exactly I was paying for). Ryan especially went out of his way in communicating around my work schedule to make the process as smooth as possible.

Amazing service & beyond helpful my car sales person Jennieva Natera was, answered all my questions & concerns even after we had met at another location & sadly couldn’t get the deal done the first time. Crossroads again at this dealership & got the deal done. She went out her way to getting me the car from another dealership & understood the distance where I live, helped me with online forms & numbers, met at a price point & the negotiations went very smoothly & quickly, was in & out in 1 hour !! After searching through a lot of dealerships and reading crazy reviews, I called Sunrise Toyota North and Jon was extremely personable, approachable, and was transparent at every step of the purchasing process.
