Great restaurant. The pizza was amazing. One of the best I ever had. In my top 3 of all time. Try the chicken vodka.
We also had several of the pastas (Linguine Marechiara is a must try for any seafood lovers, just perfect)
Took the home made cannoli for dessert, just as great. You will not be disappointed. I recommend this place to everyone. Next time I am back in the area, I will definitely come back.

Had an Old Fashioned pie which was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, tasty sauce and a crust that was just right. Also had a Brooklyn (square) slice that was as enjoyable as the OF. Been to a lot of pizza places over the years and i would say that Nonna Rosa’s cuisine is among the Very best.

Woah! The food was phenomenal. The bread they brought out was warm and soft. The entree’s (Chicken Milanese and Penne A la Vodka With Chicken) were spot on, and the service was great!

Came here with the family for a quick lunch and the pizza was fantastic. The service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly. The dining room and dinner menu look great and I can't wait to go back for dinner. Very happy I found this place.

The BEST ITALIAN we've eaten in the states!! We just got back from Italy 8 days ago and were hoping for something close to what we experienced on our trip. Jerry and his staff at Nonna's not only delivered on our hopes but took us back to Italy! He and his staff were warm and welcoming while the atmosphere in the new dining room was just like the restaurants we miss.

Then the food came and blew our minds and taste buds! The flavors were outstanding and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the expertise in combining them to create an amazing dish. (Side salads with pasta dishes, White Truffle Pizza, Spaghetti cacio e pepe, Ortolana Pizza, Shrimp Scampi with garlic lemon sauce)

Jerry's Sicilian heritage shows through and I'm sure his Nonna would be proud of what he has created.

We have a new gem in our community! Authentic Italian recipes all the way from Cicily. They say you eat with your eyes first and then with your mouth. Well you won't be disappointed! On the premises fresh baked bread, homemade gnocchi and garden fresh sauces! From the tastes, portions, prices and great service and ambiance, it feels like you're eating in Italy. Love Nonna Rosa's!

Walked and received the warmest welcome by the staff. My parents and I stopped by for dinner and they honestly make you feel like part of the family. Aside from the excellent service and the great environment, the food is AMAZING!. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose. We will definitely be back.

I go to school in the Bronx right next to Arthur Ave (Little Italy). None of those restaurants come close to Nonna Rosa!! The pizza, the pasta, the entrees, the appetizers, everything is delicious!! The owners and workers are some of the most friendliest people around. Tony and Jerry have cooked some of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had. If you want to just come grab a slice, or if you want to sit down and enjoy a nice authentic Italian meal, Nonna Rosa is the place to go! I highly recommend it! Ask for the Sfincione (pictured) next time you go, it’s so so good !

I'm just glad that I found the most delicious pizza I ever tried. If you are in the NJ area, just put your foot on the gas, not too fast, and put their address in your GPS. When you walk in, you will be greeted by a wonderful crew who takes pride in what they do. All their food is delicious, if you don't believe me, check it out for yourself.

OMG! This place is so beautiful and the food is AMAZING! It deff has that family-owned vibe and so cool that all of their ingredients are literally shipped straight from Italy! You can hear the employees all speaking Italian there and the food tastes so natural..It made me remember my time living in Italy <3 I went alone but the owners were so friendly and spoke to me about Italy and where they're from....haha literally everyone from the grandpa to cousins were there! <3 I was traveling from France and ended up having a pizza on the house and toasted a glass of wine with their daughter who's my age! Haha. So legit and authentic lol. They even had drinks and desserts that were brought from Sicily too - labels not even english! I decided to snap a few pics cause more people need to know about this place. 10 out of 10 recommend! I'm currently back in Europe but will deff make a point to make this place part of my routine every time I'm back home visiting in the States.

Where to begin?! Authentic? Absolutely! Delicious? Most definitely! The portions are huge which gave me meals for 3 days to follow! The bruschetta was amazing! They add Greek olives which I thought was great! BYOB! Atmosphere was pleasant and you have the usual restaurant noise with other tables. Towards the end of the night the owner greets you to ask how your experience was. The wait staff is always checking on you, but not too much. They accommodate your requests for special subs. The prices are actually below average for what I’ve paid for in this area. Highly recommend this very authentic restaurant.

OMG this place is amazing, my first day eating there was 2 days ago and I am hooked. Their pizza sauce is to die for. Yesterday I had chicken parm and asked for alfredo sauce on my pasta Mamma Mia! The pictures speak for themselves.. Their servings are generous. It's like eating at your italian house. Today I finished what I brought home which was more than half, had it for lunch. Tonight I ordered the drunken chicken hot sub, man it's delicious, breaded chicken with mozzarella and pink vodka sauce, i am in heaven. Of course huge sandwich which I could only finish half, got more than my money's worth, best thing is that they make everything fresh you can taste it, they breaded the chicken themselves. i come from a family of restaurant owners and know good fresh food when I eat it. Thanks Nonna Rosa will be back and I am already telling everyone about you. Btw your Vodka Sauce is to die for, I already know what I am having next.🥰💋❤❤👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👈 You guys get 6 stars! I wanted to add that your homemade Tiramisu is ufff..have had it two days in a row and today had to run and and out quickly cause 3 days in too much, also I came back in to edit this because I had to let people know that the half of the sandwich I had left starting making eyes at me and could not help myself so yeah I am weak it's all gone.🙈.yummy though. I had dinner here with my uncle and we loved their food. We had the spicy calamari to start, he had chicken Francese and I had the grilled seafood. I substituted prawn for regular shrimp. The swordfish, cuddle fish (calamari), Pulpo (octopus) were all cooked perfectly and delicious. We finished up with cappuccinos and a tartuffo ice cream plus I took a few slices of pizza home. 😋
As a bonus, we met the owners Tony and Gerry. Our waitress Anna was very sweet and accommodating. We’ll be back!

This place is amazing! We were in town on vacation and looking to try authentic Italian food, and this place was a home run. The bread was incredible, the food deep and rich, and the service amazing. My picky kids even loved it.

We arrived just before closing with three little kids and they accommodated us. The Montepulciano was good and the puttenesca was some of the best I ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the garlic bread was incredible.

Best Pizza! Best Crust and Sauce! Best Food! Best Owners/Staff/Service ! I love this place! I order twice a week since I discovered it. My kids love it and they are so picky!! I love it and I am Italian so you know it’s good!!! So happy to have found this place!! They are super accommodating too. I ordered the wrong pie and they came back with the pie I meant to order. Who does that??? Love these people!

The food is excellent! The service is friendly and superb. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the quality of food you are receiving. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant. The pizza is excellent as well. Make sure to get “Tony’s Famous Chicken” and then try it with Veal, you won’t be disappointed

When I heard that the chef was Italy I came as soon as I could! It was the best pizza I have ever had! The rice balls were amazing and authentic; just like the way my Sicilian grandma used to make! The service was also great! Highly recommend.
