Lena's Subs & Seafood

I have been getting lunch about once every other week here for the past few months now. I have always had really good food and the owner/staff has been very friendly.

The lack of customers is NOT a sign of their reputation but may be from the reputation a decade ago. I am not saying that everything is perfect 100% of the time, every place makes mistakes or has a bad service or two.

Maybe I am biased because I really enjoy their cheese steak sub but I do think everyone should give them a chance.

Very delicious. The haddock was moist and crispy and the waffle fries were so good and had lots of flavor. The atmosphere was very inviting. The employees were very attentive. Really enjoyed my experience. I went for the seafood festival and found better food off the strip.

It's been awhile since I have been able to get a great cheese steak and Lena's Subs does not disappoint. Being a "expert" in Cheese Steak Subs (growing up in the home of Cheese Steaks) I was able to get this delicacy at the nearby Lena's Sub shop.
The rolls were freshly made, the meat was from prime rib, cheese was a good Provolone cheese and the onions were freshly cut. All the ingredients for the perfect Cheese Steak after the long isolation from COVID-19. This family-owned restaurant has great seafood both fried and baked as well as the traditional cold cut subs. I added a order of waffle fries which was larger than I expected.
As with all Small businesses, they can benefit from your patronage as they struggle to stay in business. All while giving you more food for the money. I plan to revisit this weekend just to enjoy a great sandwich and support a local establishment.

Lena's always has great food. It's unfortunate that I almost never see other customers there these days. I'm scared that they're going to go out of business if more people don't start going! Best subs in town hands down, and when I was younger I loved their pizza!

I love Lena’s! Me and my family moved to Hampton recently and have tried most of the local places. So far Lena’s has become my favorite place for pizza, subs and salads! Haven’t tried the seafood yet but looking forward to it :)

They have great baskets in both selection and price. Their food is tasty, and at the right temperature.
It is easy to find on Rte 1, on the west side of the road. Their is off street parking, not a lot, but enough. Good people.

BEST PIZZA AROUND!!!! They have so many great pizzas there it's always hard to decided which one to get. The mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever had. I strongly suggest this place to anybody. Their subs are great too. They got the best chicken parm I've ever had too! I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried from here. Keep up the good work!

Last week on vacation my mom and I ordered tuna subs. They had so much real tuna in them we could only eat half of the medium size. Very yummy!

Great prices and excellent food!! The staff is awesome and very friendly! I'm not sure if it gets any better then Lena's!! If you're in the area, you have to try this place out, you'll get hooked like I did!!

Ordered at counter and then found a table. The clerk was pleasant and helpful. Once our order was complete he brought it to our table. Food quality and quantity was great.

Their food is great and delicious. I have been back several times and have never been disappointed. The servings are generous and the staff is wonderful. Debby

I totally agree with a previous reviewer, Liam. Whenever I'm in the Hampton area I make a point to stop here. The food has always been great but it's the great customer service that keeps me coming back.

By far the freshest food on the seacoast. The Italian subs are AMAZING!!! The staff is very friendly and polite. 5 Stars!!!
