Great customer service. The below reviews I read are concerning and sad to hear however I know these days client fraud and identity theft are surging since the pandemic. The bankers and tellers have been taking extra steps to ensure my money is protected and that nobody except myself has access to my funds.

Very consistently one of the most abrasive PNCs I've ever been in. Attitudes like sandpaper for simple questions. I have a business account and avoid this place like the plague, driving to Whitehouse two towns over for superior service and customer care. Every time I make the mistake of coming in, I am reminded why I don't and shouldn't. Some positivity would go a long way here, sheesh

I would like start with the fact that I have been a customer with pnc for three years no problem until now. I went into this branch today to get a check. The associated ask if I had my last transaction I had deposited money in there drive Thru I explained that to her she still would help me with how to obtain a cashier check or provide me a blank check that I could use for a car sales that I am doing down the street from them at Mercedes Benz of Flemington. The rude customer service was very appalling and very disrespectful. This encounter Which I feel may have been racially motivated has now made me want to close my account out with PNC checking and savings and move to someone else with their practices.

We have 3 small business accounts and they refused to honor their promises and sent my wife and son out of the bank after we deposit hundreds of thousands of dollars into their institutions.

Monday we are changing banks as what they have done to my wife and son was incredible.

Upon depositing a sun of money the machine malfunctioned and my money was lost and the bank staff were completely unhelpful and told me to just file a report. How irresponsible and terrible service.

I’m so upset about todays banker, she got so mad at me when I cannot re phrase my question and she was yelling at me and hung up the phone like I don’t want to bank with PNC anymore because you all doesn’t have the patience to let me phrase my question right. So unhappy rn

The drive thru atm is awful. If you want to get money out go somewhere else.. I wait 10 minutes + every time I go.. the Starbucks line goes into the drive thru and it’s always a wait to get in just to get money out 😠🙄

just had very unpleasant visit there. They refused to give me my money because I do not look as white as their supervisor, despite showing all possible identification cards.
