I stopped here after work and told Chris I needed a new fridge for my apartment, he was eager to help even though it was a different department he was knowledgeable and helped me with my decision. He was extremely sweet and patient in helping me secure it in my car for the ride back. Very satisfied with the over and beyond service thank you

Excellent customer service! Ordered two storm doors. They came out to measure and install. Had a few hiccups with the door itself but everything was promptly replaced and/or repaired to our utmost satisfaction and in a timely fashion. Very easy to deal with, never an attitude, always friendly and customer service driven.

A side note - our on line orders are always perfect.

Had a great experience with Jodi! She was very nice and attended to my needs! Give her a raise!

I’m going to add the review as I go back and take more pics but for now most of the photos are about the garden center section .. as a novice but eager gardener, I was surprised how much healthy stock they have of all sorts of plant material and related supplies .

Lumber experience. Had been wanting to get a 6x6’ piece of wood for under the Christmas tree and train set. Had expert help from Sean Boyle and Joe Sidor. Thank you gentlemen!!

Can’t go wrong when your visit a great Home Depot. The staff was very helpful here and it’s one of my favorite stores to visit.

Great Service from the Pro Desk! We had a mishap on a material order (wrong color shingle) but these guys made it right and got my material to the job on time. Manager John was fantastic and got my order pulled from another location so that we could stay on schedule. He was responsive and helpful even while I was less than happy with the situation. Greg was also a pleasure to deal with while getting the order processed. I even had Marco running around looking for the order the night before, confirming the material. All around a great team. Absolutely will be using the Home Depot Flemington for my next roof order! Thank you again guys for getting the order corrected at crunch time and keeping my business running smoothly.

Isaac was the MAN! Easily the most helpful and knowledgeable rep I’ve come across at any Home Depot. He was patient with our many questions and took the time to explain tips and tricks which would save us in the long run. The floors look great, and we are happy to have had Isaac’s guidance along the way.

Honestly I can’t give this store enough stars. My partner and I are recent first time home buyers trying to learn and remodel a few things ourselves. EVERY person we’ve spoken to in the store is not only friendly, but they go out of their way to help you find items and answer questions. They’re so knowledgeable and always offer to help when you’re looking a little lost (like we sometimes do). Seriously - Will never shop anywhere else. Wayyyyy better experience than at Lowe’s in Flemington.

This is my new favorite Home Depot. I went to this Home Depot on a hunch that the customer service would be good here. And it was so true.
John and Shaun helped me to find things in the Aisles and point me in the right direction. Constantino helped to give me information on hardware. And Robert in the kitchen design department was so friendly, knowledgable and so patient. Such great customer service. I was blown away. And I will definitely come back to this Home Depot again! Store is OK. You have to ask store staff to show you what aisle your item is in. Otherwise you'll be walking around trying to find what your looking for.

I am in this home depot ALL THE TIME, and it is by far the best one around. The staff is very friendly, and they will go out of their way to make you happy. I know this because about a week ago I came in to buy a Cub Cadet ZT1 Lawnmower, and forgot to rent a trailer to bring home. I stopped by to reserve a trailer, but I was out of time and there were no more available.

I was reached out to by the General Manager Dave, and he was extremely nice and friendly, working with me to come up with a solution to get the lawn mower to my house. He told me that they would reach out shortly to coordinate the details, and he let me know that there was nothing to worry about.

I coordinated the delivery for this week, when Gene and the Garden Manager came out this afternoon to deliver the lawn mower and I couldn't be happier. Their level of professionalism and sincerity went a long way with this process, and I could definitely tell they would do anything to make me a happy customer. I urge anyone who prioritizes customer service in their home improvement adventures to come to this location as it is hands down the best home depot around.
