Starbucks

This is my go to Starbucks since I live nearby, everyone is always so friendly, and my drinks are always made perfectly. One person who stood out was Maria, she was so kind to me today when someone bumped into me right after I got my drink, and it spilled everywhere. she happily remade another, definitely made my day! Thank you :)

Came in for an afternoon coffee and just want to highlight the staff at this location, which I had never been to before. They were genuinely interacting with each other, asking about what the other wants to study in school - a departure from some of the busier locations where employees verge on harried and blunt. Someone came in, hungry and in need, and this location fed them, asking for nothing in return. They treated this person with kindness and respect, the employee displaying the humanity that can so easily be lost in large chain coffee shops. Thanks for being kind and human, Friday afternoon shift!

Came in for coffee and hot chocolate with my daughter, The staff was so friendly and welcoming the energy in the store was great. If In the area will definitely visit again.

I absolutely love this location. The staff are friendly and courteous and, most of all, patient. I haven't had any problems with my drinks.

I sit here for a lil while before work. It's a chill atmosphere and the music selections are always awesome.

They have a washroom. Fast service. Tables have wireless chargers. Would go again. Quick and convenient. The staff was friendly and professional.

The staff and the vibe are great. Unique was at the register, she’s super sweet, I overheard her ask someone what they’re most looking forward to for the holidays!
Also the holiday vibe and the other baristas were great, attentive and friendly. I used to work as a barista so I know it can be pretty stressful but they did a great job

I've been going to Starbucks since I was a kid (from herbal tea as a kid to everything as an adult) and I have to say this has been my favorite store in my adult life. Staff is friendly, knows how to make my drinks right, and is always very helpful and accomodating if one of my regular food items isn't in stock. This great service has been consistent for about three and a half years since I started going to this store.

I appreciate their good customer service so much, that instead of going to a Starbucks further away to increase my step count on lunch, I keep going to this one and just take additional detours on my way there and back. Sounds silly, I know, but it's easier to walk more when you have a set destination rather than wandering.

the ladies working at this starbucks are the most fun. they were thronged by teenagers and had them all singing and a cheery happy reaction to them all. made my day. great.

I have been to this Starbucks before, but the reason l gave it 5 stars is because this group is so friendly and outgoing. They also have wonderful signs around the store which are uplifting. They are also extremely popular.

You are paying for the novelty of dining at one of only six Starbucks like this in the world. Be mindful you are going to pay for such an experience. That being said, if you have the finances, it's a fun time.

I left an important personal item at this location more than a week ago. I was out of my mind trying to reach the store by phone with no luck. I finally had to drive in. When I got there a young adult quickly said that the item was not turned in, but as I stood there a manager (not sure) came up and asked if he could help me. He said, "Oh yes-I remember let me search for it. It is definitely here." I am so grateful that he went out of his way to re-search for me. He really just went the extra mile. The day before I was furious because they did not pick up the phone but I change my review because of this one person. So, I can't review the coffee (lol) but I can say that particular person is amazing. Thank You

once you come by few times, staff makes you feel like you walked into your cousins place for a family reunion, cozy and friendly, they work fast and always give out amazing products ! best starbucks ever

Witnessed a lady get rude with a barista she asked for tall earl gray in venti cup he gave that she gets rude because he didn't fill the cup.to the top i visit here every day so i know that would be a venti with room she just didnt want to pay for it people are so rude like miss its just coffee and tea pay for what you want!! Otherwise this place is great and so are the workers he handled it well i would have cursed her out lol

My favorite Starbucks! Be patient if you go during the rush hours it gets crazy busy, or order for pick up. The staff is nice and friendly, something you don't find it in all the startbucks.

Always friendly. Drinks are made right. Love the music selections. Not sure why people are complaining about it being to loud. It's not loud and its not a library. Go to a Library to study and not a NYC Cafe shop.
