Chipotle Mexican Grill

Excellent food, great atmosphere, this is one of our go-to restaurants! Summer on the patio is wonderful, the expanded inside seating is great. Great Mexican selections, the Chicken Sandwhich is the best.

ASIA rocks! I haven’t seen such customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted seconds on her rice and beans and it was already 10 minutes to close. When i went to order it, they did not have any seasoned brown rice. So Asia quickly seasoned some ESPECIALLY for my daughter so she could have some. It would’ve been completely easy and even acceptable for her to be like “sorry, we are out of the brown rice”. But this woman scrambled so fast and made the rice for my daughter. She was AWESOME. Great asset to your team Chipotle! The other girl with glasses on the register was also super sweet. I forgot to ask her her name! I was there just now (9/3 @ 3:45pm)

Usually pretty busy. It’s definitely one of the most consistently good chipotles in our area. You can always expect good quality food unlike some other chipotles in our area. Experience counts and this being the oldest chipotle in our area shows that. However, the dining area isn’t always the cleanest and could definitely use some work in that regard

Yummy burrito bowl! This is one of my go-to places. And one of my good friends and I always meet here for lunch. It's a tradition for us and we have the memory of many excellent conversations at this restaurant. It's conveniently located in pittsford plaza, so you can shop and then eat or eat and then shop. :-)

I will travel to this location just for the atmosphere and cleanliness

I love ordering and paying via the Chipotle app! It is so great to walk in, bypass the line, say your name and be handed your whole order and be on your way. I'm a fan of the chicken bowl with just about everything added to it. It is packed. Easily more than enough to eat and have a little left over for later. I'm not a big fan of the chips or the guacamole. A little of each is ok and I like but not my favorite and I think to much extra cost (or to small an amount) if getting as separate side. Is nice to have some guac in main meal if you like. I will return another time and maybe eventually try something other than chicken!

Great bowls! I always order their Sofritas but the current special steak (GGS) is really good!

Our favorite Chipotle place in Rochester. I am a vegetarian and eat at Chipotle when dining out. This Pittsford Plaza location beats the other ones I have been to. The food is just wonderfully cooked and consistently has just the right taste and flavor to me. Rice and beans is perfectly cooked, always! Thank you Chipotle for making our experience awesome every time we eat here.

While lines can be long during lunch, i like their food selections and tables along windows. Nice to go containers and great food. However, it’s a Mexican Grill and you would have to like this type of food or be interested in trying it a few times to see if it works for you.

This Chipotle is OUTSTANDING! The staff are always super friendly and they seem to work very hard to keep things clean and in order. The portion sizes are WAY bigger than the Chipotle in Greece. I would recommend this place a million times!

Im gonna be honest, this Chipotle is fire. The staff seemed like cool folk, they loaded me up with that good rice, queso on point, nobody seemed like showing up to work was the embodiment of depression. I would trust this Chipotle with not only my life, but the life of my goldfish as well. Though they aren't doing that great, im sure after one rice bowl from this Chipotle, they would be rejuvenated back to perfect fish-like health. God bless the United States and God bless Chipotle.

Great! Always. Perfectly cooked chicken. Great add on's. Clean reasonably priced. Leftovers possible. I really enjoy the tacos and the bowl. Try it, tasty and healthy!!

Incredible food! Occasionally, this location runs out of menu items. I have been there a few times when they were out of carnitas and guacamole. The food is very fresh and delicious! My chipotle hack is to ask for extra rice and beans when I am hungry. Your bowl will end up huge without having to pay extra.

Chipotle is one of my new favourite places. I have never had a bad experience here. My last visit was right before their dinner rush but they are always so calm and cool.

Great little place. Food was fresh. Since I had never been before, the staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.

My first time eating lunch at Chipotle. I ordered a loaded salad. Very generous portions for the money. Love the options to build your burrito or salad bowl
