We moved from New York to Florida & had to get homeowners insurance in addition to transferring our car insurance from NY to FL. Dawn provided us with our options and walked us through the process. I have found everything (and I mean everything) about their company to be above excellent every level. I appreciate how thorough my broker Dawn DeMarco has been with her explanations, her breakdowns of information regarding every aspect of my coverage as well as her willingness to answer every question I may have and will always go out of her way to make sure I understand my National General insurance coverage.
Ms. DeMarco is always prompt to answer my calls and will often return my call within minutes.
