I will definitely be using Just Medical Store again for my future Medical supply needs.
I placed a phone order on a Thursday, 12-07-2023 with Steve and Steve processed my order very quickly and was smooth in demeanor.
I placed a second phone order on Friday, 12-08-2023 with Steve and again Steve processed my order quickly and smoothly.
I received all my items pretty quick and was impressed with the delivery time and especially my new Ultrasound machine and Applicators.
My order ended up being short an item and I called Just Medical Store the follow day and spoke with Steve and explained to him that my order was short an item. Steve made a few checks and stated that he would send me the missing item.
I was very pleased and impressed that I did not have to argue over the missing item.
Steve processed the missing item and it was shipped the same day.
I received the item with in a few days.
I was very impressed with this great customer service.

I work for a training company and needed the units right away as we needed to roll out the proper equipment when our suction units were on the brink of dying. I placed the order online and as described on their site, everything came exactly as described.
I set up the units, and we were able to use them immediately.

When I started looking online for an oxygen concentrator, I found several with great reviews. When I started trying to buy one, I would find the stores were out and there was an 8 to 10 week waiting period. Some wanted me to purchase their unit and wait. I checked more stores and finally checked Just Medical Store. I talked to Steve. He told me the unit I wanted was in stock and could be shipped the next day if I wanted to purchase one. I didn't have my prescription, so he told me I could send it later and then the unit would be shipped. I remembered all the places who's employees told me the same thing. Those other stores didn't have the items in stock. I told Steve I would get my doctor to fax him my prescription. Then he could call me and I would make the purchase. When he had my 'script, I still wondered if I was being told he had the unit, but didn't. He assured me he had the unit. I bought it, and it was shipped the next day. I was so happy when I got the confirmation of the item being shipped. A few days later I got the concentrator and it is a wonderful unit. Though I've only had it a few days, I'm confident it will last a long time. With the three year warranty, I very satisfied with my purchase from Just Medical Store, Inc.!

Very friendly available staff that always answers the phone when you call. The give quality information regarding your order. Received our roller table for our office today after waiting since July of 2021 due to chip shortage (supply chain issues that were out of their hands). Great place to order from!

When my equipment arrived, the rubber feet were missing. Just Medical Store contacted the manufacturer and had the missing parts shipped to me in just a few days. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
