Excellent customer service, one of the sweetest women called me and made sure if I wanted the lavender petals or the powder, and helped me choose! Their website is simple and straightforward as well. Truly an amazing business, will definitely be ordering again. :)

Open for curbside pickup currently. I was able to place my order online and it was ready within a few days. I am happy with the quality of herbs I received. The store looks like they have a lot of cool things. I will be excited to check out what else they have in store once they are opened fully.

Loved this place. My friend tried to go behind the counter to look at the herbs and was given the most hilarious firm but gentle no way…these herbalists know what they are doing and don’t mess around. Their teas are top tier! Also love the rose water I got there

Jeans Greens offers a wide selection of herbs, teas, and other products. My husband and I (and several family members) have benefitted from the 4+1 speciality tea. Staff at Jeans Greens have been helpful when we reached out in the past and they are quick with shipping! Special place and sweet offerings, for sure.

Incredible herb selection at competitive prices. Many other goods offered but alas a bit out of my frugal price range. Some good prices on essential oils there! Kind gentle staff, sometimes I feel my life working for retail/production makes a bit of a culture clash in social signaling but it's all good at the end. Staff actually will build a relationship with you which I'm not used to. I'll definitely order my winter herbs from Jeans Greens!

Im obsessed with this place. They carry all the herbs i need for my practice...and so many other amazing natural handmade products. The ladies are always super friendly and i just love going in there. Its so convenient to have them around.

This business has moved to West Sand lake NY. But you can order on their website if you have no means of transportation. There's no CDTA buses that are available to get to West Sand lake. I love their products organic and healthy. Please note that they're doctors and to get what information you may need before trying another way to comfort whatever problems you may have with your health

I stopped in here not knowing what to expect, what i got was an amazing experience and excellent customer service. The store itself smells absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is so soothing. The women who were working that day were very sweet and so kind. I definitely plan on returning! Highly recommended.

Most herbal remedies you seek will be here, and the bulk herbs are so affordable. Dem Bones tea is excellent and they have a wide range of salves (or make your own with their bulk oils/waxes). Good selection of quality essential oils at reasonable cost. My friend likes the jewelry and the stones.

Since I met Jean Argus in 1994 when about 15 of us traveled to Ixchel botanical research farm in the Belizean jungle. The same group traveled to Jean's farm in New York for weekend lectures and trainings from renowned herbalist/ healers. I've shopped at Jean's Greens happily since then. thank you for keeping her memory and work flourishing

I had such a great experience while shopping at Jean’s Greens and I’m very new to the whole smudge experience. The ladies that helped me were extremely nice friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and I will most definitely be going back again!!

Beautiful place scenery breath taking CEO Holley. Loving caring knows her craft. From tea to post cards. Very warm and intelligent staff. I nice place to visit.

During the pandemic, you can still window shop, order on line, pick up curb side, all your fabulous organic herbs, diy materials, and all kinds of herbal creations and gifts.

I love this place.. the new location in Troy is much more open that the previous one in East Greenbush.... if you are needing natural product or tinctures this is the place to come..... you can get pr-prepared things or they can make you something from scratch... it also have books, jewelry crystals and other metaphysical stuff.... so take the time to go by, the staff are friendly and will try to answer all of your questions.....
