Although I did not hire Paul Biagini directly as he was the broker representing the seller for a home which we recently purchased! I will say this from a buyer's stand point is that me and my wife were very impressed on his online presentation with great photos, 360 video tour and the video walk through tour of the house we bought and was on point compared to some agents who manipulate their photos and videos. I would say is that if you really want your home to sell that Paul would be your go to person to sell your home if he serves your area because presentation is everything when it comes to selling your home!

I listed my home with Biagini Realty in the Fall of 2017. I interviewed a few Realtors and settled on them. The rate and what they were offering to do for us just really made sense compared to what some of the others were going to do. The photography was very professional and looked great after the video editing. We had one agent that offered to take pictures of our home with his iPhone because "the camera was better quality than what photographers used" we rolled our eyes at that suggestion. Our home wasn't perfect, it needed some updating but we took account of that in our list price so we knew it might take a while to sell. They were no nonsense, listed it, marketed it all over the place and brought us a full price offer in less than 4 months and it took another 2 months to close. We had plenty of time to plan our move to Florida where we purchased a beautiful new home. We have heard horror stories from friends and relatives about Realtors and we're glad that we never had to go through any of that. Biagini Realty is the company to use if you're looking to sell your home.

This is a fantastic company that was located right in my back yard. I was tempted to go with a franchise but lost interest after meeting with several agents that spoke highly of their companies and what their companies would do for me but could not speak to what they as individuals would do for me. This was the only company in the area that I felt had a true identity and mission. They sold my home and helped me buy a new one. When we're ready to move south we will enlist them for their services again
