12/28/21 - Its now 7 years later. John and his team are still my go to insurance company. I have had to reach out many times for crazy questions or to just have them shop my policy and make sure I am still getting the best deal.

May 2019 - my original review was 5 years ago. Shop Around Insurance is still my insurance company and still has outstanding customer service and price quotes.

If you want an honest quote with an honest guy you must use shop around insurance. I tried shopping for insurance myself and it was a nightmare. A friend told me about John, I called him and he did all the work. John kept in contact with me about his progress and my options. He was even honest enough to let me know it wasn't worth switching my homeowners yet. I switched about 6 months ago and I have had to call with questions and John is always there with the answer. I have paid it forward and keep telling all my friends about Shop Around Insurance.

John happens to be a neighbor or mine, but he's also our insurance guru. We have our personal vehicle insurance, home owner's insurance, bond insurance, business insurance..........you name it, we probably use him for it. His company does exactly what their title says, they shop around for you and find the best deal, for personal and/or business needs. I like the fact that John is up to date on technology, inside his system he can generate many quotes in a matter of minutes, finding you the best deal. I am switching from Progressive to one of John's carriers, and saving a ton of money with John.
