Bought living room furniture and I love it! Steven was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive but not pushy. I really appreciated that. The store was very accommodating when I had to return a piece that did not fit. The delivery guys were very professional and precise when bringing the furniture into my house.

I’ve been working with Ann for a few years on our home furniture. She absolutely never disappoints. Truly, she is one of the best in sales. She becomes familiar with her clients and she is authentically her. This time Ann also introduced us to Joann who helped us design our custom sectional for our great room. Joann is one of the sweetest individuals you’ll ever meet. These two ladies are a dynamic duo. Haverty’s will always have my business if these two remain on staff. Stellar service and overall simply great women.

We have been looking for a long time for a computer desk with a hutch, and finally found one that we hope will work. The pieces were even in stock. Steven was great! We really liked that he was not pushy. We do not like high pressure salesmen. Our sale went smoothly and quickly. We will ask for Steven to help us in the future.

Steve was great to work with today. We purchased an entire Living Room of products under his guidance. Thanks for being around and not "hovering." Well done.

I furnished most of my home in 2021 and I can without a doubt say that Havertys is the best place to upgrade your furniture from the days of assembling bed frames and dressers with Allen wrenches. I decided it was time to move on from IKEA (nothing wrong with IKEA, lots of great inexpensive options) and get quality/custom pieces for my home.

I came back today and nearly two years later, Anne remembered me and helped me pick out a new chair and ottoman.

Steven was awesome, the epitome of what a furniture sales rep should be. He listened, gave me my space, interjected appropriate comments, and found me the perfect chairs (and bonus with ottomans); and even though he surreptitiously had picked out the fabric he thought I would like, he enlisted the help of Joanne, the design expert, who incidentally concurred even though she offered alternatives from which I could choose. I look forward to receiving my chairs and ottomans. They seem to offer comfort, style, and affordability. At this point, I highly recommend your store and your staff. And the Labor Day sale sure helped the bottom line! I just hate that the employees have to work on a holiday, but they understand. Thank you for providing what I wanted!

We arrived 10 min before closing and Roanne was happy to help us with our selections. I apologized for keeping her after hours and she was very polite, and basically said, not to apologize she was happy to help us. We shopped very quickly, I had been eyeing the piece we purchased on the internet, just wanted to sit in it before we bought. I had no idea, Haverty's was in business for over 100 years. I can definitely see the success of their longevity in the staff they have chosen. Great store, great people . I can't wait for my furniture to arrive. Last note, I thought it would take weeks or over a month to get due to the way the retail establishments have been with the economy but they are delivery in 7 days, FANTASTIC.

Our sales person was helpful but not in the way. She carried cushions and small chairs around the store for us to match with other items. Then she recommended their free design services. They came to our under construction home a few days later, took measurements, spoke about our uses and plans for each room and left. A week later we met and the designer presented a cohesive, stylish plan that fit our home and personalities perfectly. Our sales person then shopped for the best deal for us. We bought it all! Great service, professional yet comfortable. Highly recommend Haverty's!

Mr. Steven Harris made our experience buying a dining room table, couch, and recliner so simple. He answered every question we had, gave us suggestions based on what we were looking for.
