Michael Garcia is just about the best sales person i have ever met. He was very kind and greeted my boyfriend and i at the door and instead of being right on top of us he gave us space to bounce from couch to couch. He checked in and answered our questions from time to time and then finished out the sale with us. He was funny, nice, knowledgeable, and honest! I will happily go back to Ashleys and personally ask for him next time!

Had a wonderful shopping experience this afternoon at Ashley in Lake Grove! Shavon greeted us with a smile & she maintained her positive, helpful & kind professionalism throughout. Along with her smile. She truly helped make the experience such a smooth & positive one. We certainly will return to Ashley in the future!

Shavon was an amazing help and assisted us in purchasing a beautiful couch! She gave us many invaluable tips and tricks. We will definitely be returning if we need any other furniture.

Mike and Samantha were extremely helpful. Listened to what my family needed, made suggestions, and didn’t push or upsell anything. Very thorough with the process/financing/delivery. Made great conversation and treated my daughter like a child of their own.

Phenomenal hospitality, we loved working with Tommy! He made us feel so comfortable the moment we walked in. Other staff were also friendly and funny! We’ve been to a few stores and by far had the best experience here. We also did not need the furniture right away but wanted to take advantage of the holiday deals and Tommy informed us of doing layaway and he was very flexible with our uncertainty of size we needed for our living room space. Tommy made us feel confident in purchasing our couch to meet our needs and we are very excited for move in day and have our furniture delivered. Takes away so much worry off our shoulders. Thank you!!!!

I have not yet received my furniture (scheduled to arrive next week). I simply could not wait to write this review. Samantha went above and beyond. She was patient (and I sure tested her by changing my mind many times). Samantha was efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Samantha!!!!!!

Rather than bore anyone with long winded details, whatever they are paying "Tommy" is nowhere near enough. The level of professionalism and aptitude for his craft, is beyond reproach. From what I experience with him, he should be promoted to regional vice president immediately. The store as a whole was amazing and run the right way. Can't wait to visit again.

Thomas Santeramo was the salesmen we had the absolute pleasure to work with. Ashley's is extremely lucky to have such a professional working for them. He not only made our experience pleasurable but seamless at the same time. He trully went above and beyond from the minute we walked out of Ashley's to the minute the furniture was delivered. Thomas would be the absolute only reason we would go back to Ashley's. After all customer service trumps all and he delivered!

The staff was so welcoming but not overbearing like most salespeople in this industry. They were very helpful and walked around the whole store with us when we wanted them to and did not feel any pressure to buy. We were able to find the perfect couch, side table, and coffee table with the help of the knowledgeable staff member who assisted. I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to give this store a try. It was priced right, very high quality, and definitely going to make my new house feel like home. 10/10 recommend

I randomly stopped in the Lake Grove store and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by salesperson Lee that was friendly and not pushy. She listened to r whati wanted and when she needed help asked another coworker for assistance. I found something I liked and placed an order. Unfortunately when I went home I realized it did not match. When I called the store to cancel the order they were very understanding. I will definitely shop at this store again in the future

I purchased a couch and loveseat today. Had a great experience. I was in the store for 3 hours! Had a huge selection and it was tough deciding. There was no pressure from anyone. Mike was a tremendous help and made my experience in the store a positive one.

David did a remarkable, thorough job!! He was very friendly and made us feel like family. AND...We walked out with a really nice new living room set.

I was looking for a queen bed frame in grey/ distressed white with a head board no higher than 49 inches that could fit under a window ledge in my bedroom. It is very difficult to find one that low. Tommy showed me the queen bedroom set that was perfect for what I wanted. The model B255-96 panel rails. I also got the 6 drawer dresser with mirror and 2 drawer night stand. I am over the moon with my purchase. And the price was unbelievably great. I am so happy with my bedroom set and it will be delivered this Friday. Tommy is a really nice guy and great sense of humor. So glad I went there that evening and had Tommy as my sales representative! Loved the whole experience. I had fun too.

I have never shopped at Ashley Furniture before I always assumed that the prices were high, but a friend told me I was wrong. We were greeted by Mike who was very pleasant and knew what we were looking for immediately. During the whole process he was very patient and not pushy like some salesmen can be. We ended buying the bedroom furniture we went in for and found the perfect platform bed for my daughter which we ended up purchasing too. I highly recommend Mike and Ashley Furniture if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

David at the Lake Grove store was phenomenal. He helped me a lot and his personality and knowledge made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
