My skylight leak seemed unrepairable until I contacted Universal. The appointment for estimate was set up to meet my busy schedule and when Artan and Ylli looked at the job, they told me they could do the job that day for a reasonable price, and Universal would stand behind that repair for 1 year. They snapped pictures which showed the situation at hand and proceeded professionally to do the repair. After the work was completed, more photos were taken of the actual problem area and the repair. This created a sense of both confidence and relief that this problem was finally resolved. I will keep Universal at the top of my contractors list for sure.

Pleasent expiernce using Universal Roofing & Chimney for our roofing and chimney needs. We needed our chimney repaired which was a small job but still done correctly. Now with our roof it was very old and Artan did have to replace some of the wood in the roof which was not an issue. He was fair with us with pricing and honest from the start to finish. Our finished product looks great and NO leaks at all which is always a good thing. They cleaned up everything as promised as well.
