Country View Diner

Interesting place... This restaurant has perhaps the largest and most diverse menu selection I've ever seen. Clean place. Heavy silver ware. They also have a decent selection of cocktails and the beer is cold. The pastries and pies are delicious. Try the stuffed clams

Welcoming staff at this down home traditional diner with booths. Great place for relaxed conversation. Excellent broiled haddock dinner special. Great homemade vegetable soup! Good pancakes, eggs and French toast.

My wife and I stopped on our way to Vermont. Our waitress Kayla was very cheerful and friendly. My wife ordered the Chef Salad, and I ordered the Broiled Halibut. Her chef salad was huge, and all the ingredients were very fresh. The broiled halibut was awesome! It was served in lemon garlic sauce that was light and not overpowering. It came with chicken and rice soup, which was excellent. This is a great diner and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely love eating at diners! I love all the choices you have, and Country View Diner didn't disappoint! The food was great, and so was the service. I met a friend I hadn't been out to eat with in a while, and had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was great, and even though they were busy, we lingered, and never once were we made to feel like they wanted our booth. Country View is in my "backyard," and I plan on becoming a regular customer! 5 stars across the board!

Delicious and quick. I strongly recommend the Gyro Sandwich combo with fries and the Greek salad. Friendly staff and not too expensive either. I go out of my way to dine here

Great atmosphere. Very friendly waitresses. Our meal was wonderful. I had Shrimp Creole with Linguine and my wife had lasagna. Both were exceptional. Definitely will be back at this diner. Great menu choices and great prices.

Food was really great. The waitstaff was very polite. The lady at the front wasn't very pleasant but the food was good.

I went there in a party of 17 people. I had the rueben not sure if I spelled that correctly. It was one of the best I've had in a while and everyone else in our party didn't have any problems. The was delicious from all parties. Our waitress was awesome and she made us all laugh alot. You don't get that alot these days. This is definitely a 5 star 🌟 diner.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Wait staff always attentive and friendly. Yankee Bean Soup was perfect. Highly recommended.

The furniture was well kept and cozy. The waiting staff were attentive but just a bit slow at refilling, but it was busy as it should be on a Sunday morning. The food was good and the portions were perfect. I'd also like to add the prices for everything on the menu make it a perfect place for college students to have a nice diner experience without hurting their wallet. Overall, great experience and I'll be coming again to try their dinner food sometime.

Went for breakfast.
There was a varied menu. The wait staff were very friendly. All items were very tasty and made with fresh ingredients.

Great dinervwith a great menu. Friend and I Both ordered huge corned beef dinners for 10.95 and took home plenty.

First time at the country view dinner. Good service and food. Would eat there again.

a great diner experience. staff is quick, nice, and helpful. I have been there with large family group 10, 12, etc. They were amazingly helpful, and the food is great!

This place never disappoints. Info every time I pass through the area. hot fresh food served by friendly staff. Affordable prices. We got breakfast this time but definitely try the moussaka.

Everything was wonderful. It's an oldies looking atmosphere with very friendly servers. The only concern we had was that there were a lot of Flys in the restaurant due to the door being kept open to keep the place cool. We wound up leaving with our food we couldn't even finish eating.

Great diner that has that good old fashioned 70's 80's diner feel to it with excellent food and great prices. Owner was very nice and the waitresses were more than accommodating. Although it is an hour away from home we will be returning.
