Quick and great service. Everyone answered all of our questions, we had a lot of questions. Brooke was the one that helped me out. Absolutely recommend her.

On October 18, I filled out the online form on Lice Clinics of America, the next morning, Megan contacted me at 7:10AM in the morning. She was able to get my family in that morning by 10:30AM. I truly appreciate the quick response and how much time she took to help me through scheduling an appointment. Megan was very responsive to every question I asked. As we approached Lice Clinics of America, in Dublin, Zoe and Erica greeted my daughter and I at the door. They were both so nice and so very helpful. I had never dealt with lice before, so throughout a stressful experience, Zoe and Erica walked me through what to do and explained their process thoroughly. We purchased their products that day as well. I can honestly say that I left the clinic with less stress. Lice Clinics of America is very clean and organized. They also have quite a few preventative products that you may purchase, along with hairbrushes, hair ties and combs. Thank you so much, Zoe, Erica and Megan, I truly appreciate how kind you were to my daughter and I!

They were absolutely amazing from the first call that morning to the girls doing the treatment it was a very inviting feeling Zoe and Erica were so great I can't rave enough!!!!

So my review will b long so off top 5 stars if I could give more I would from me reaching out for the appointment to appointment day and after there staff have been amazing nice helpful and very willing to assist I highly recommend this place I got lost getting there and was late they weren't rude didn't rush and helped me locate the place then my Hsa card was having a issue again staff was patient wait till I could get payment and gave me forms to send in for reimbursement from my health insurance and after I wanted the best prevention care and she gave me a ton of suggestions ty so much u guys r amazing also I had 4 kids that this was a issue with and they were amazing and nice to all 4 of them

Zoe and Erika made a very unpleasant situation into a very positive experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took excellent care of my children and I. Thank you for getting us through this unexpected and unpleasant time!

Amazing! Got us in within an hour of me calling, everyone was very nice & helpful. Checked my head & treated my daughter. Last time I dealt with lice it took WEEKS of buying lice shampoo & products at the store, highly recommend going to the professionals.

They took a day of panic and turned it into peace. The ladies at LCA Dublin took care of the lice that affected four family members. We got a reservations easily and quickly. They ladies who treated us were so knowledgeable and kind. They even got my 2.5 year old to sit through the treatment so well—with the help of some lollipops. My 2 and 5 year old thought it was a fun day. We cannot thank them enough!

Very nice caring and helped my daughter and I when we needed it in the un-expected situation both Zoe and Erica were very nice and friendly and very professional and explained every to us and made us feel welcome and I would recommend them to anyone who ended up in the same situation as my daughter and I which no one wants to be in but they know what they are doing and it was worth the drive and for us it’s an hour or so and I only trust them.
